We are using LearnUpon for our elearning needs, both internally and with clients. The support is by far the best feature, every time we have had a question it is quickly answered. They also go the extra mile to confirm and workshop workflow discussions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are small little things - such being unable to lock a course behind completion of another course. This can be accomplished thorugh learning pathways, but we are not utlizing that for our specific workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

By far, the best feature of LearnUpon is its people. The customer support they provide is the best I've ever experienced.
Beyond tracking learning completion, LearnUpon has helped us streamline our learning process, increase employee engagement, and deliver best-in-class results for our clients and employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is one area of the platform that we don't really utilize fully due to its functionality, and that's the forums. I know this is something LearnUpon is looking into updating, and I can't wait to see the improvements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been using LearnUpon to develop online experiential learning for more than 7 1/2 years. There are a number of things that I love about this learning management system, such as the responsiveness and quality of support they provide, how progressive they are, how intuitive and easy the system is to learn and use, the ever-expanding new features and the power of the LearnUpon platform, how invested LearnUpon has always been in my own success, and last but not least, the people at LearnUpon and how much they care. I'm a huge fan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing I dislike about LearnUpon and I cannot think of there ever having been a downside to using this learning management system. There may have been some downsides in the early days, when LearnUpon was in its infancy, with it not having some of the features I might have liked in a learning and development platform, but today it offers me all of the features I need, and a whole lot more. :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the things I like the most about LearnUpon is that we have monthly check-ins with our CSM. Not only do they keep us up to date on the road map, but they also are willing to set aside extra time during these sessions and additional meetings as-needed to dig deep into whatever your current needs are. The Knowledge Base is great, but the CSM relationship is even better. On occasion, there is a feature request that you don't get right away, but it makes sense how things are prioritized. They don't overcommit or expend resources on things that aren't going to be somewhat universally useful. And that's okay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the Admin functionality isn't where I would like it to be. We serve hundreds of clients and thousands of users. It would be nice to have bulk-actions for removing users if we're deleting an entire group due to a client cancellation. But again, it's entirely possible that we are an outlier and most LU users don't have need to delete 100s of learners at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

LearnUpon is easy to use, configure and apply branding. All our users find it easy to navigate and find relevant courses and materials. The gamification features make it fun for the users as they unlock achievements and badges. We also like the ability to assign managers who can assign training to users within their departments. Onboarding and support have been fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have not had any issues with LearnUpon and haven't found any shortcomings with the software. So far, we have not found anything to like with the LearnUpon system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Being a fresher coming from college directly to the company I had no idea what to learn and how to learn the topic which is related to my work fortunately our company had LMS where they post all work-related and company privacy policies in the LMS system in video format where I can learn very easily and effectively they even conduct a quiz on the topics that we had learned and we can share those certificates in the Linkedin very easily. Being a fresher I haven't found any sought of dislikes in the LearnUpon because it's been almost 7 months that I am using this and I have seen many modifications they have done to the interface which looks very attractive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
LearnUpon has an intuitive, minimalistic, yet aesthetically pleasing UI while maintaining a feature-rich tool. The only thing that one-ups the tool is its support team! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are at times some features our team needs that aren't yet in the product roadmap, but our support guru, Sam, is always happy to help us find a way to make things work for our use case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
LearnUpon is a company dedicated to customer success in the best way possible. Their teams are focused on supporting customer initiatives, taking feedback and critism, and communicating clearly about new features or upcoming changes. The amount of support and care is incredible! They are always looking to innovate and improve their product based on customer needs.
The LMS itself is incredibly well-rounded and constantly improving. It is much more user friendly than most systems on the market and is easy to teach new users or retain existing ones because it's easy to navigate and clearly understand what is available. Courses can be built natively and feature intuitive modular structure. The catalog is one of the biggest bonuses for offering professional development and supporting resources! As for the admin side of things, it is incredibly easy to maintain, report, and integrate into any existing structure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside of the LMS is that it isn't as robust as some other products. While it has the basics of all features you could dream of, some of them aren't quite there yet. For example, the quizzing tool covers pretty much all needs, but for certain niche use cases, it misses the mark by not being as customizeable. However, many of these concerns are followed up by customer care teams from LearnUpon who make suggestions and take feedback back to the developers, so I have never felt like any of our problems didn't have solutions! Our company has capitalized on LearnUpon's portal structure to organize our training content based on learner population. We have one for internal compliance trainings, one for invitation-only trainings, one for state government projects, one for our conference, etc. It has allowed us to curate the content and have better control over which groups are advertised which trainings. We know that we have capacity for more segmentation, which is exciting for future growth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Innovation is exciting and essential for a technical product. However, LearnUpon struggles with the balance of thoroughly testing new features versus getting the update into users' hands. For example, a major feature is pivoting from old to new interfaces, and the user reminder feature was scaled down without realizing they were taking away a familiar cadence for thousands of users. If beta testing had lasted longer, it might have been caught and fixed before the global roll-out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
