It is very simple to learn the basics of the system. Creating a course is really easy and pretty straight forward. My team uses it daily. So far implementation of the LMS to our Firm has been very easy and our users have had good comments on the courses they have taken. We are also able to integrate other course from other learning providers giving our users the ability to stay within one system and not have to switch back and forth between multiple providers. LearnUpon seemingly does this very well. When we have issues the support team is very reactive at answering our questions promptly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are a few things that can be done to improve the speed of course development. One is the ability to save custom colors or palettes woul d be very helpful. This may be a problem of LMS's in general, but it would be nice to be able to offer live training options without having to have the training item tied to a course. It would be helpful for any LMS to be able to offer trainers the ability to create live class offerings on a calendar and users be able to track these items separately on their dashboard. Our experience with LearnUpon has been largely positive, thanks to its strong organizational tools, customization options, and a user-friendly learner interface. The platform's design makes it intuitive and approachable for our team, and the frequent updates demonstrate LearnUpon’s commitment to meeting customer needs. However, there are areas where the system could improve. Setting up a single course can be quite time-consuming, and the inability to list admins as managers of groups limits functionality. Additionally, organizing courses on the back end is cumbersome, as there isn’t a way to streamline or categorize them effectively. I've been an admin in LearnUpon for the past 4 years. I've enjoyed the system - I find that it gets the job done. I use the system daily. We had a great implementation consusltant in the beginning who helped us launch seamlessly. Customer support always responds to me within a few hours and our team of support is also very helpful. I find that it integrates well with other systems but not all that we use.
I like the branding options for the main home page - we were able to design the portal to look like an extension of our company website. I like having the ability to copy courses from one portal to another. I would recommend this LMS to others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our eCommerce page does not look how I would want it to - I would like more branding options. There have been improvements in the ease of use for learners, but things can be difficult for admins - several steps to accomplish tasks. The new home page setup is not ideal; I've shared this feedback. The good news is that they are working to improve it, and they always have updates coming up. Our non-profit adopted LearnUpon and it was so easy to use that we were able to make our training online in 7 days. We have it integrateed into Salesforce and rely on it to train our volunteers all over the world. Support has been responive when we needed it, but that rarely happens. It has become a tool that our agency relies on everyday and one that we have recoommeded to numerous colleagues in our field who have had similar results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

LearnUpon is a really easy platform to navigate and understand. It offers so much variety in features and functionality, the option and ability to integrate other systems such as an HR system or CRM sytem with LearnUpon is really handy and easy to set up and implement. LearnUpon has been extremely easy to implement and use without having to worry about a lot of expensive customization. It's been a great solution for our Telehealth Institute and the customer service/implementation support has been outstanding. No platform is perfect. Sometimes the UX isn't as intuitive as I would like it to be. The product team is helpful in communicating their roadmap to clients and they do listen to us when we have feedback on features that need to be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have been using LearnUpon for five years now to provide end user training for our software. I like that it offers the flexibility of multiple portals. This has allowed us to track onboarding training for users, as we transition to a new product, separately from our exisiting user training. We are currently exploring the ways we can integrate it with HubSpot. I am excited about this possibility, as it will automate a number of steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are some features of LearnUpon that are not immediately accessible. In order to implement those features, you have to email their Customer Success department. However, the Customer Success team is always very responsive, so it is a minor inconvience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

LearnUpon has facilitated our ability to grow our learning products and make them available to our customers. It's a great way to showcase your programs. The LMS is set up in a user-friendly and intuitive way. The customer service is great - I can reach out to our account manager with questions, and if I need further support, they are quick to schedule a call to review any questions. Learn Upon is an easy to use, intuitive platform that allows for easy course creation . The booking system for ILT sessions allows for users to easy select a session to attend. The new learning journey feature allows you to create intricate learning paths for individual roles and learner needs. The support team are always on hand and quick to respond to any issues that you may be having. We have felt fully supported during our migration to the platform. Some of the advancements that are being implemented by LMS companies seem to be coming very slowly to LearnUpon. Learning Journeys are something that we have been waiting for quite a while to implement less rigid learning paths and we are anxious to see more use of AI to aid in course creation and user search.
