What do you like best about Leadline?

The one thing that drastically stands out to me is Leadline's openness to product innovation. In a tough market with ATS's, they are providing clients various ways to stand out and streamline their recruiting processes. Not only that, but the support team is top knotch. They are readily available to provide answers and dig in to areas that the product can support where others can't. I've also heard from a candidate perspective that it was one of the easiest application processes they've gone through. The ability to quickly link a job description and tie it to the source is incredibly helpful. And I personally like products that let me manually create or input data which Leadline allows you to do. Overall as a recruiter user, I'm excited to see where the product goes and how it can support my business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadline?

I only had an issue really with GoDaddy not allowing an external link when posting Jobs to my own website. If I used Wix, it wouldn't be a problem. Leadline allows this to happen in a pretty seamless process, but wish there was a work around on this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Leadline solving and how is that benefiting you?

Leadline is an easy to use ATS that allows for 1 user. Some of the leading brands are hyper expensive and don't allow full access. I think with Leadlines growth, it'll be an affordable option for a company of any size, or even just 1 recruiter. For me, it is helping me keep my candidates who I have had personal interactions with in a secure location and allows manual capabilities for me to create my own process instead of what might be forcibly provided by other ATS's. What do you like best about Leadline?

Leadline has been such an asset for our growing events business. As we grow into multiple cities, hiring efficiently is critical for our success, and this platform makes it easy. I use this platform weekly. We initially were going to put off the onboarding training but then when my Customer Success manager showed me how easy it was to plug into my careers page, I was up and running within the week. They even trained my team on how to use it so it was one less thing for me to worry about with change management that comes with a new system.

When it comes to the prequalifying questions, I can quickly filter out unqualified candidates, so I can focus on the best-fit talent without wasting time.

Even though I don’t usually pay to advertise jobs, when I do, I love that Leadline tracks performance and provides clear reporting. This helps our team see what’s working month over month, so we can repeat actions that work and cut (save money on) the ones that don't.

What do you dislike about Leadline?

Since I am on the go all the time, I do a lot of my recruiting activities on my phone. I'd love to see more of the web features on my mobile version of the site. In saying that, my customer success manager took some of my mobile feedback, sent it to their product team and an update is being released this month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Leadline solving and how is that benefiting you?

The built-in video submission tool is a huge plus—I used to pay for a separate service, but now it’s all in one place, making the process even smoother. It means I don't have to coordinate phone screens for candidates that are not serious about the role.

The connected calendar is a big time saver as well. It connects directly into our Google Workspace since we use Google Calendar and Gmail. I set up the automated messages through Leadline when I drag a candidate into the "selected for interview" bucket and the candidate gets back to me with a time that is open on my calendar without having to coordinate back and forth. What do you like best about Leadline?

The ability to create widgets is a major plus for us. MMI being a company that manages and owns properties, the widgets help on being able to individually brand jobs on the actual property's websites.

I do enjoy having a customer success team! Kelly has been very kind, helpful, and prompt from the start of our implementation.

Candidate match score is a nice feature. Plan to utilize it more in the near future.

The messaging workflow is great, but we aren't using it to its full capibility. Would perfer to utilize this as email messaging instead of text messaging. We prefer a communication such as rejection to be sent via email to applicants instead of text.

What do you dislike about Leadline?

Does not have a strong custom report builder for candidates or jobs.

Navigating though the site requires a lot of extra clicks.

Resume preview functionality would be nice! Instead of having to open every single resume in a new window tab.

Custom Application Form could use improvement, but the new feature to import applications has made a difference.

Would like to see the ability to have custom text and email templates that you can create and save. If you have specific email messages you plan to send to candidates frequently, have the ability to save them as a template. This would save time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Leadline solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Leadline?

Compared to other systems, Leadline is sleak, intuitive and easy to use. Leadline capitalizes on a clean interface with job postings that are succinct enough to capture the attention of the candidate. They are responsive to questions and feedback as they cotinuously update their product to reflect the needs of their customers. It was very easy to learn and deploy. What do you dislike about Leadline?

Being in the educational field, there are a few intricacies to how school districts operate and hire that will require Leadline to consider for future updates. They have been very responsive to suggestions and we have found some temporary workarounds. That being said, the existing product is signifcantly better than anything else we have used, and the potential for an even better product down the road provides great optimism. What do you like best about Leadline?

Reporting - The Dashboard is clear and in realtime of statistics that are vital to the hiring process.

Candidate Experience - Jobs are organized by familes instead of a list of opportunities. The interface with our career site is more attractive and interactive. More approachable and less time consuming for the candidate/

Mobile Friendly - Allows Leaders to make hiring decisions at their ease

Better Communication - Better for the candidate to ensure a smooth hiring process, better for the leaders as they have one place that the conversations are documented
