What do you like best about LeadIQ?

LeadIQ is one of the best tools in the market and you can start your day for cold calling in a few minutes, the way it unlocks mobile and switchboard numbers is unparalleled compared to the tools available in the market. And most importantly you can just download the captured leads into csv file and upload into your crm.

Another best thing was the sync option to our Hubspot crm, it offers a direct sync option, meaning once the lead is captured through LinkedIn sales navigator gets populated in Hubspot, so if you're the user of Hubspot, it saves more time for your sales operations.

LeadIQ is super easy to use -- there are no intricate queries or functions to learn, which is really advantageous when you are growing lists and you have 1000 other web tabs open! It lies in your Chrome toolbar and is very simple to pull up and work with, no complicated sign-in process, either.

I especially like how it is easy to store and edit user information, and the integration with other chrome extensions is almost seamless. What do you dislike about LeadIQ?

No disadvantage as such, everything is straightforward but when LinkedIn makes advances, there is no update posting suggesting that leads deduced may not be right or a signal of any sort. Perhaps making it easier to update lead information when using the extension before we capture new leads. The reason behind this is because seldom leads are working at more than one place of work and it can be bothersome to have to change the job position and titles manually through HubSpot. This method is remarkably helpful. The people who work there are also hands-on and has answered any question we've had. She is open to suggestions, good and bad and wants to make her tool better. What do you like best about LeadIQ?

I've been using LeadIQ for the past two months to gather contact information about my leads, and I must say that my experience has been highly satisfying.

What do you like best about LeadIQ?

1. Capture function immediately saving to all CRM tools.

2. Possiblity to monitor job changes.

3. If a number is available, it's often direct dial or mobile.

4. Scribe function.

What do you dislike about LeadIQ?

1. Often no number available which is fatal as this is our only tool. I would like to request the possiblity of searching in additional pools etc. as we're missing out on many opportunities. Cognims always provided us with at least one number which of course often was of lower quality.

2. Scribe's German wording doesn't sound natural and requires many adjustments.

3. When filtering on a company's LinkedIn site on certain personas or fields, the filter is being removed everytime I switch to a differen tab which I often need to do which is a shame. Also the filter options are quite top level - I'd expect more of a tine tuned filter.

4. No company data shown for many prospects which is timeconsuming to adjust manually.

5. After capturing or requesting a number, it is not automatically added to the CRM tools and I need to go back to the prospect which creates a bit of an uncessary back and forth in my opinion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LeadIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

Number one goal is to find the right lead and capture their contact data. As already mentioned the filter function doesn't work well for me sometimes, for some company it didn't even find any personas. However, when the right personas were found, capturing went very smooth. Big miss though is that when a number is requested it often takes some time t ocome back when I have already moved onto a different prospect. What do you like best about LeadIQ?

I like the ease of use and especially enjoy the plug ins where I can highlight a name and search their contact info all in one step. With any lead tool like this, there are going to be innacuracies. Some times cell phone numbers are not available or inaccurate. It can also take a few trys to load when I use the extension. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LeadIQ?

I find LeadIQ is most helpful for finding phone numbers for potential customers that I want to reach out to. I use it weekly in order to create lists of prospects that I can call, and I find the phone numbers that it provides are mostly accurate, even if there are several that are incorrect sometimes.

LeadIQ integrates well with Salesloft well, making it easy to transfer contacts in LeadIQ over. I haven't encountered any issues with customer support, although I haven't really ever needed to leverage its support capabilities. I like the Chrome extension because it makes it easy to implement into my everyday workflows if I need to check a prospect's contact info here and there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeadIQ?

I would say one of the main downsides of LeadIQ that I have encountered is that it often encounters some issues integrating with Salesforce, so sometimes when I have a LinkedIn list of contacts I can't import them directly to Salesforce because LeadIQ/Salesforce may have an issue determining what account the person is aligned to. What do you like best about LeadIQ?

- The speed at which LeadIQ works is fantastic, you get rapid real-time results, especially when you just need to find a quick number to call.

- The capture function is intuitive, and has a ton of integrations with CRM's like SalesForce and SalesLoft, which is nice.

- LeadIQ is powerful enough to use as a singular resource for prospecting and finding information, but I felt it's true power even more as an additional resource along with something else. What do you dislike about LeadIQ?

- The only issue I had with LeadIQ was at times I would call family members' cell phones, but that's par for the course and was few and far between.

What do you like best about LeadIQ?

I like how I am able to export contacts directly into Outreach sequences from Lead IQ without having any manual actions to perform in salesforce. I also like how Lead IQ verifies email addresses and phone numbers to show that they are accurate. I have found that when people are newer to their job roles, Lead IQ is more likely to have their contact information whereas other tools like ZoomInfo may not have this information for a few months if someone is new to their role. What do you dislike about LeadIQ?

Not all of Lead IQ's contact information is accurate and a lot of times, I have run into situations where I have gotten the wrong phone number from Lead IQ and it is someone that may have the same name but not the same person as the the prospect I was trying to reach. In some awkward instances, these phone numbers have sometime been routed to a family member of that person too. Overall, I have been satisifed with Lead IQ when it comes to sourcing contact information for prospects when tools such as ZoomInfo may not have been able to. Lead IQ solves the problem of finding contact information for prospects where Zoominfo was unable to do so. Oftentimes, prospects may be opted out of ZoomInfo where you are unable to get their contact information at all, but Lead IQ has always been successful in getting this information. What do you like best about LeadIQ?

I love the way they have integrated AI into their platform. The way data is presented as well as how it is integrated into the rest of my tech stack is flawless. I'm in awe at how seamless it is. I've worked in lead generation the last 4+ years, this is the coolest and most effective tool I've had the opportunity to use. I cannot express enough about how helpful the scribe toool is. Yes you need to edit the emails but the information it pulls is in insanely helpful, and has helped me book many meetings in just a few short months, duue to the highly personalized nature of the data included! The customer support team is also top tier. Multiple times they have offered to join me in a live huddle to help me work through an idea or something I want to achieve to help me understand feasibility but also the most straight forward workflow for what I want to capture. This tool is so easy to use, its incredible what you can achieve and it took like 2 seconds to implement. I have been using this minute by minute since we started our trial and was THRILLED that only one week in, we got approval to sign a contract. The value is there as soon as you start using it. What do you like best about LeadIQ?

The LeadIQ Chrome extension is intuitive and user-friendly in my prospecting and daily outbound activities. I also appreciate how it syncs with my organization's Salesforce to update contacts. What do you dislike about LeadIQ?

There are not many monthly mobile credits for an individual user at $48.99. Also, I wish there was an option to purchase is purchase mobile credits a la carte (only pay for the features I need the most). Also, there is a lack of reliable prospect work numbers (including with extensions) that aren't corporate HQ dials. Finally, I often have to confirm a non-bounce email domain by cross referencing with Hunter verify credits with LeadIQ work emails. The green verified checkbox is helpful, but there are limitations.
