The most valuable part of using Lead Forensics is knowing when folks in our demographic hit our website. We specifically want to be alerted when construction or construction-related companies visit and research on our website. We access Lead Forensics throughout the day and call on all potential leads to introduce ourselves. It also allows us to know when prospects we are working with inside our sales pipeline are doing additional research or accessing information from our website. What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

I find that the navigation between pages can sometimes be clunky, and the search feature doesn't always pull up visitors that I'm specifically trying to locate. But these are small prices to pay for the intel of our website visitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

I value the ability to send emails to potential website visitors directly from the system using a predeveloped template. Coupled with LF database of contacts, this is a powerful tool to directly market to potential customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The contact search function has failed on multiple occassions leading me to question the reliability of the solution. Unfortunately for me, these failures came during a time of a major outreach campaign where the LF solution was needed the most. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
