One area where Lead Forensics can improves is in the process of data. Sometimes the amount of information provided can feel a bit overwhelming, even though its limited to each of the users locations. The knowledge of who has been on your website/what pages they are viewing is a perk in itself. The email reports that you can set up to hit your inbox whenever you want is nice as well, because you don't have to login to gather the information. As of late, I've been loving how it integrates with our Google Ads to see which keywords are effective for our target companies. I also appreciate how I speak with a customer success manager at least once a quarter and that helps me to make sure I am getting the most out of all of the features. I can see what companies visit my websites and who the target contacts are at those companies. I also can get the emails and phone numbers of those targets. Some of the competitors that I have used did not provide the list of contacts and their information. This is a huge advantage that Lead Forensics has. I also like the ability to create alerts based on many different factors and have them sent to my sales team. The integration with the CRM is very helpful. Lead Forensics contacts trigger a series of automated events once automatically added to the CRM. Very helpful. The people that work for LF, especially Aliya Hennessy, in particular, is a high-quality professional. Before Lead Forensics we had no idea of who was visting our website and looking at our products. After signing up, we immediately had insight to potential customers looking at our website and the particular equipment they were viewing. I wish there were a way to determine who at "said company" visited. It would be great to get an actual email address/phone number or name of the person visiting.
