What do you dislike about Later Social?
when you post/or make a change, the little green block (or pink) that pops up letting you know it was scheduled covers all the other platforms. So I have to navigate to the X (or wait for it to go away) so I can click on another platform to do things. That popup should happen much smaller and right next to the post you just scheduled/changed. Maybe just a green check mark or something on the calendar, I don't know, but NOTHING should pop up and cover the other platforms ever. I want to navigate quickly. The ease of use is one of the best features. You can easily schedule social media posts and make any necessary edits. We schedule all our posts in advance, and they automatically publish at the designated times. The software allows you to edit posts, schedule them, and even add filters. It was one of a kind to begin with, but now there are a lot of options. Nothing really separates their offering from the rest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We got an annual subscription but decided to cancel it 80 days after paying for it. The customer support got back to us and said that they only refund within 30 days of payment. I understand the need to make money as a SaaS product, but charging people for a service they are not willing to us is just bad business. What do you like best about Later Social?
Scheduling content. We used to have to post to our church account daily, which doesn't sound bad, but logging in daily, uploading whatever we are posting, writing the post and hitting send, eats into the work day. But Later helps because we can take an hour and schedule a month or more posts. It's so good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Later Social?
It's a little clunky. If you don't know your way around things that are tech, I think it would be easy to get lost or confused on what goes where. It's not bad for mex but I've had others tell me they have a hard time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the full calendar view you get of your week worth of content. I also find the analytics page very helpful for when I'm doing my monthly overview of content performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really dislike when Later tells me a video I'm posting is too long, or the dimensions aren't right and when I try to edit the content in Later, it doesn't update. I then have to manually send myself the content, edit it on my phone, and post it manually. It is very time consuming and seems glitchy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have for many years now signed up new clients on their own Later account. It is one of the best for those new to social media posting. It has been successful at keeping the UI simple and kept up with the latest necessities when social posting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love using Later for social media scheduling! My small business uses it for Instagram ad Facebook scheduling daily. Thanks to Later, we are able to schedule out a months worth of content in just a few hours saving us hours and hours every week. It's so easy to use, easy to check the traction of a post, and helps us stay sane during busy season when social media is the last thing we want to worry about. What do you dislike about Later Social?
The only thing that's slightly less than perfect about Later is the scheduling option. Sometimes I wish I could unschedule a post or access a formally posted image and bring it back as a new post to re post myself. But that is a small feature, everything else I love!
