when you post/or make a change, the little green block (or pink) that pops up letting you know it was scheduled covers all the other platforms. So I have to navigate to the X (or wait for it to go away) so I can click on another platform to do things. That popup should happen much smaller and right next to the post you just scheduled/changed. Maybe just a green check mark or something on the calendar, I don't know, but NOTHING should pop up and cover the other platforms ever. I want to navigate quickly. We got an annual subscription but decided to cancel it 80 days after paying for it. The customer support got back to us and said that they only refund within 30 days of payment. I understand the need to make money as a SaaS product, but charging people for a service they are not willing to us is just bad business. Scheduling content. We used to have to post to our church account daily, which doesn't sound bad, but logging in daily, uploading whatever we are posting, writing the post and hitting send, eats into the work day. I really dislike when Later tells me a video I'm posting is too long, or the dimensions aren't right and when I try to edit the content in Later, it doesn't update. The only thing that's slightly less than perfect about Later is the scheduling option. Sometimes I wish I could unschedule a post or access a formally posted image and bring it back as a new post to re post myself. But that is a small feature, everything else I love!
