We all love Kulturra's features in our SF org. The ability to include automatic invoice and CC capture in our training process allowed us to be more 'hands off' in accounting when it comes to our online Training Subscription. Also, we are able to quickly invoice customers who wish to pay via CC directly from their Quote in Salesforce. Just makes things much easier.
Lastly, we rarely use customer support, but when we do, they've been super responsive and very helpful. I really appreciate that they're there and ready to help when we needed them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ONE thing I don't like is that it says that we have 6 available licenses to payment center, but only have access to 4. Not sure if that's how it's supposed to be, but it's a little frustrating that we don't have access to 2 licenses. But, that's it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We evaluated a lot of billing apps and this fitted our business framework. We use this mainly for our subscription services. The app settings, object definitions, the processors it supports were setup efficiently. It's also easy to integrate and add enhancements on top of it.

After having just been promoted to Manager of Salesforce Development our Payment Center Crashed and did not process the monthly payments, so not good and I having never interacted with the Payment Center reached out to the support email and Jessica took every question I had and answered it no matter how trivial it might have been. She even had a zoom call with us. Over the next 5 days I asked many questions on many subjects because I was only 4 days experienced with the Payment Center app. By the end of the 4th day, she had me pretty well sorted out and between the answers I received and the reading I did I have the Auto Payments running again and will be doing a data load to update the next month's invoices with the correct amounts after the failure this month. We have been running with Payment Center for well over 3 years now and our team is extremely pleased. Our previous system required a number of manual actions users had to take to manage our business which are now running automatically through the Kulturra application. We have tried several other “native” and integrated applications in our Salesforce instance and none were as strong and consistent as Kulturra’s Payment Center. The Support team has been outstanding. Response time is excellent and their ability to understand our complex business needs and make adjustments (big and small) has saved us and our customers so much time and frustration. Not really experience that much, I believe it alwasy has improvment space there. I want to suggest that add a note field in refund/void process, the note will show on the Autherize.net side, it will easy for our accouting to check the information there, instead of the invoice name.
