Kula is still a startup and so there are some features and bugs that need to be improved and fixed. Specifically there is still no integration with Outlook.

Kula is a great tool to reach out to candidates and has made referrals a whole lot easier. We have been using the sourcing and Flow module extensively. Love the sourcing with Kula extension. I also find the enrichment of personal email IDs, pretty helpful.
