We love that each form or app can have customized routing and approvals. Being able to link apps to one another helps with data integrity and accuracy, reducing the chances of typos or errors. There are a few growing pains that I think this product will get through soon based on their development so far. the ability for default values, complex calculations, some showing and hiding of workflow statuses, and being able to filter dropdowns of users by roles on my top examples of this.
