What do you like best about Kroolo?

Efficient Sub-goal Management: As a business owner, the ability to break down complex projects into smaller, actionable sub-goals is invaluable. Kroolo excels in this area, providing tools that help monitor progress at a detailed level and ensuring every part of the project advances as planned. This clarity in managing goals and OKRs is essential for staying on track and reaching objectives.

AI-powered Document Creation: For anyone responsible for producing detailed product specifications, Kroolo’s AI-powered document creation is a standout feature. It enables you to generate comprehensive documents swiftly using simple prompts, significantly easing the documentation process. This initial draft can then be customized to fit specific requirements, enhancing efficiency and saving substantial time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kroolo?

Overemphasis on Sub-goals: Efficient sub-goal management is usually advantageous, but it can sometimes lead to micromanagement or unnecessary complexity, particularly in simpler projects. For those who prefer a broader, top-level view of their projects, this aspect of management might seem excessive and could potentially complicate project execution rather than streamline it. What do you like best about Kroolo?

I love how Kroolo seamlessly integrates with other tools and apps I use daily. Whether it's syncing with my calendar, linking with my email, or connecting with third-party services, it makes my workflow smooth and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kroolo?

One downside of Kroolo is that many advanced customization options are only available in the premium plans. It would be great if some of these features were accessible in the basic plan as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Kroolo?

It is not difficult to conclude that Kroolo’s strength is in the capacity to centralise all things project-related. I can quickly and conveniently analyze tasks in terms of sub-tasks, assign them to different people, and monitor the progress online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kroolo?

It is not particularly friendly toward mobile platforms and devices. This means that I do not easily revisit the project to check on updates or make minor changes while on the move. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Kroolo?

Automated goal creation was surprisingly worked. However, AI requires a lot of context to make things work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kroolo?

AI is mostly embedded with discrete functionality but it is true with most SaaS tools in the market. I think they should focus more on automating end-to-end project management flow. We don't need a new project management tool that can replace JIRA or anything similar. What we need is a tool that can have a context across multiple different tools. What do you like best about Kroolo?

I can have all tasks, projects, documents and goals all in Kroolo and it is very convenient for me. Some of the integrated AI options are appealing: propose me something the next time we are progressing in the project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kroolo?

Because of the numerous features, it appears as if it applies the ‘jack of all trades master of none’ mentality to the interfaces. The current system does not have some core attributes such as recurrence or preconditions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
