Some of the scoring, and terminology seem to be in conflict with each other, which is probably just a function of how the product evolved over time. Honestly, to be fair, the only thing I have seen and it is not really bad, but I have forgotten a couple of alerts because I get the alert email, but sometimes it hasn't reached my dashboard, maybe because I react too fast. So I wait a bit and it arrives maybe a few minutes later. However a couple of times I completely forgot about it and they timed out.
