KnownHost, in my experience, has been a consistently disappointing hosting provider. What stands out most is the utter lack of any positive qualities. Knownhost is easy to work with. We have a reseller account and have found them to be very responsive and helpful. The full suite of premium hosting software is available--cPanel, WHM, Softacular, Lightspeed caching. It has been easy to create subaccounts and additional users. Our managed WordPress hosting package uses LiteSpeed Enterprise web server. This software ensures our website's pages load fast, providing an optimal user experience.
With LiteSpeed web server, we can use the LiteSpeed Cache for WordPress (LSCWP) plugin. The LSCWP plugin does not work on other web server software, such as Apache, Nginx, Lighttpd, and IIS.
The LSCWP plugin, one of the best cache plugins available, saves us money. The plugin is free whereas comparable WordPress cache plugins cost $49 or more per site per annum. Sites with the plugin can also leverage QUIC.cloud's Content Delivery Network (CDN). We receive 100 complimentary credits per domain per month for use with QUIC.cloud's Standard Plan. These free credits are ample for our needs.
The hosting package comes with cPanel, which simplifies server and website management tasks.

The KnownHost knowledge base provides some information on managed WordPress hosting." But this information does not cover tasks like logging into the WordPress admin dashboard.
KnownHost sent us an email informing us of the activated service. This email had a broken link titled "WordPress Tour." Another link ("How to change your WP Admin Login details") took me to an outdated WordPress Codex page. The same email did not have information on how to log into our WordPress website nor a link to such information. We set a new WordPress Administrator password and logged in after clicking around. (To log in, first change the WordPress Admin password here: cPanel -> Domains -> WordPress Toolkit -> Setup. Then go to the WordPress login page, the URL of which is at the top of the "Setup" pop-up window.)

I had a MVPS-4 package with Knownhost, i had a problem with the hosting and the support would not assist me at all. He went out his way to just "fob me off" with lame excuses and no actual help to assist me. Just a complete run around and time wasting session. I have never encountered such difficult support ever from any business.
You would think that when you spend $978 per year on a single host account with just 1 website on it that they would go the extra mile to keep a customer happy? well not at known host that's for sure.
It was easier for me to move my website off the Knownhost VPS and onto a new hosting account with another company where the support assisted me to get my website up and running again quickly.
Other than the woeful support i received the actual hosting was very slow for a 6 Core VPS, so i guess the hardware they are using is from the 70's.

There is a $10 fee to restore a backup of a specific domain on your server if you have multiple domains and don't want all of them rolled back. This is something I should be able to do myself without contacting support, and I think the fee is just enough to be annoying.
