Hard to add custom content but apparently with the new updates that will be changing.

Keeping employee's up to date on what is out in the wild, they are the weakest link to any organization and need to stay trained up and be mindful on what not to do and what to do when coming across a possible threat.

It is easy to setup a training by cloning the previous and easy to track users' progress.

It's a bit challenging to select training modules because there are so many. Using the filters helps narrow them down though.

We are required to train our users and KB4 is a very solid tool for that.

I like being able to select from a library of different topics and then assign a set of those to specific groups then set conditions if users need more training, they get put in a different group

I wish the videos I favorite were categorized a little better. When I go to select one, they are all in the dropdown and its a bit overwhelming trying to find the video I had just saved. It would be nice if they were a carousel of icons or sorted by date added

Trainings can be customized according to individual needs

The training platform offers a wide range of features. Our primary use is for training and phishing simulations. It supplies a large selection of awareness materials and phishing templates, many of which are regularly updated.

The integration with Google Workspace is not very smooth, and customizing notifications takes more effort than expected. Uploading your own content is straightforward if the material is short, but it becomes cumbersome with longer content. Any changes you make to a lengthy training require a complete review of the entire session. For short trainings, this isn't much of an issue, but if your training lasts 45 minutes, even a minor update means you have to review the full 45 minutes in addition to adjusting the training settings.

KnowBe4 Security Awareness training provides a simulated situation in which you may not be aware. The training module helps you to be more aware of these scenarios and what you need to do to protect your organization from cyber thieves.

The trick emails from my managers is annoying and disruptive to my work flow. We are supposed to report these emails as cyber threats. If you do click on the email, you receive a 40 minute penalty homework assignment.

User friendly, always up to date content. A lot of choice in the content. Easy to deploy via the web. Great support, answers fast. We have set up a phishing campaing used monthly with great results ! It is co-existing with our other defense tools without issues. Deployment was easy.
