The training content is updated frequently which keeps it relevant for the employees. Security awareness training can be very boring, BUT NOT WITH KnowBe4. The training management tools are also very good and easy to use. The Phishing simulator/training emails are spectacular.

There really isn't anything to dislike with this security awareness training material. The materials are well thought out.

Security awareness training is a key requirement in any security program. Employees must be aware of the potential issues in their email and other activities to limit potentially negative outcomes. Most of our employees have given positive feedback on the content and timeliness of the materials presented.

The users do not exactly like the tests we perform, but it is better than failing an actual phishing attempt!

KnowBe4 is a complete solution to help train employees that they are on the front line when it comes to data protection. KnowBe4 is easy to setup, manage and the reporting is very good. Their staff, especially Brittany, has been very helpful to get us started and to remain engaged with the process.

Like anything, it does take time (but it is worth the effort) and employees are not always thrilled when they get assigned to remedial training because they failed a test.

We have learned that there are a group of people that are prone to falling for these phishing attempts and that they can be trained to spot the warning signs.

It does what it is advertised to do! It is a great value.
