While support through the acocunt management team is great, working directly with the support team can be frustrating as there oftem seems to be an emphasis on closing tickets as quickly as possible. As long as you maintain a consistent dialogue, everything is fine, but get pulled away with other priorities for a few days and you may come back to find your ticket closed.
