What do you like best about Klevu a division of Athos Commerce?

The interface is easy to use. Boosting products is a new form of media which can then be exploited with vendors to help pay the cost of Klevu. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

More of a suggestion. I would like Klevu to be able to 'suggest' relevant product listings on a page based on keywords, essentially to help support SEO traffic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Klevu a division of Athos Commerce?

Klevu makes it easy to put the right product in front of customers with on-site search and merchandising features. Working within an E-Commerce platform with very limited and time consuming merchandising functionality, integrating Klevu to power our product category pages and search has enabled us to increase conversion on our site while greatly reducing the we time spend on set up. Thank you for taking the time to review Klevu. We're thrilled to hear that you find the product itself to be effective in achieving your goals, with its fast search and customizable options.

However, we sincerely apologize for your experience with account management. We understand your frustration with delayed responses and unsatisfactory resolutions. This is not the level of service we strive to provide. We continuously improve at Klevu and recently we have also implemented changes to improve account management practices. This includes more dedicated comms, more detailed logging in of all activities in CRM, increase in number of AMs and streamlined communication channels. We're confident these changes will lead to faster and more effective support.

We find the user interface to be excellent and easy to navigate, with the ability to find what you're looking for, when you need it, every time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Klevu a division of Athos Commerce?

Klevu gives our team the ability to trusly personalize our product merchendising to achieve our overal ecommerce goals, their keyword reports allow us to optimize our SERP to best perform for our customers and to help push products that are current and most relevant to our customers needs. Not to mention that their smart recomendations make it super easy for us to showcase products for our customers that they would truly be interested in based on their browsing behaviors. We had some issues with our previous Acccount Manager and their lack of investment in our success, they were going through the motions and just checking the box that they met with us rather than helping us maximize the power of the tool and work in an innovatitive way to best leverage all that Klevu has to offer. What do you like best about Klevu a division of Athos Commerce?

Easy to Use and integrate to website. We use it multiple times daily to run syncs to website and to update the visual merchandising on the PLPs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Klevu a division of Athos Commerce?

n/a, it is needed for search, but we are looking at if we need the Visual Merchandising aspect as it controls/overrides the PLPs vs Shopify Collections (PLPs) defaults. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Klevu a division of Athos Commerce?

I like the drag and drop merchandising and the ai for filter placements. I like creating recommendations and being able to schedule when they turn on and off. I like being able to set up product order on search results so easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The recommendations reporting analytics do not download to excel. Randomly something strange may happen to a page (not something we did) but Klevu support is quick to get it back to how it was. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
