Daily and weekly reports give a lot of insights about customer behaviour. This allows us to either create synonyms or even adjust product titles/description to improve search results. Software manages well the products on PLP and Search results are displayed effortlessly. It was easy to implement the software with Bigcommerce & Vercel. It was easy for me to assign the timings at which the Klevu feed will run and Product & Catalogs will be updated on the storefront. Customer support informed us well in advance if they were going to be under maintenance. Monitoring the Klevu app daily, helps us rank the products to display first on PLP based on the analytics measured by Klevu. Klevu analytics measures both product and category levels. Kelvu feed sometimes Runs but the products weren't updated as expected on the storefront as there were issues with the product feed run, on the Klevu dashboard no error is displayed related to the feed issue which we had to look into code for the issue, or else we had to reach to customer support. We use Klevu for our site search and product recommendations currently. The site search is huge for us. Klevu automatically recognizes typos, synonyms and beyond product data Klevu also uses our sales and product click data to order relavent results. This took us light years ahead of our previous site search which only returned exact search matches and in no particular order. The support team is very helpful, but we fall into a tier that doesn't qualify for account management even though we are using two of their products. The lack of account management leaves us in the dark on strategies to employ that I think would really help catapult us to the next level to get more out of Klevu and to ease some frustrations we've experienced.
