What do you like best about Klaar?

The platform's modules are crafted specifically to nurture employees and allows customization based on organization's needs. From automation of people processes like performance and talent management to creating an engaged and driven culture, Klaar provides various tools that can make HR more effective for an organization. Since the platform is built with real feedback from customers across industries, the modules are detailed and intuitive; and are easy to use.

What do you like best about Klaar?

1. Their OKRs module is the most flexible one that I have come across. It can handle complex workflows, OKR cascades, and is very helpful for leaders to understand how their teams are performing at a single glance.

2. Klaar's integrations. While most Performance Management platforms only integrate with HRIS platforms, Klaar integrates with all our business tools. This has genuinely helped to drive adoption because our business teams don't have to update the same thing twice now.

3. The flexibility of the Performance Management module. You can understand that it's been built by ex HR leaders. A small example would be auto mapping of past managers if there has been a recent manager change before the review. This isn't available anywhere else.

4. The team - they are extremely supportive and worked very closely with us to not only implement but to drive platform adoption Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Klaar?

What do you like best about Klaar?

OKRs have been around for decades but it's well known how difficult it is to implement them. And a big part of that is the platform that you are using to run your org wide OKRs. Klaar happens to be one of the best ones out there (if not the best) because of the level of flexibility and ease-of-use it offers to its users. Their Performance Reviews fit in neatly with the OKRs and 1:1s as well and the team is a pleasure to work with in general. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Klaar solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a fairly large organization and it was challenging to get everybody involved with the OKRs, especially our frontline folks. Klaar is the only platform we found that is able to accommodate OKRs as well as KPIs/ KRAs beautifully. The same holds true for Performance Management as well - just makes our lives simpler. What do you like best about Klaar?

The product is built by ex HR leaders. They have faced the challenges that HR teams globally face. This is reflected in the product. The level of flexibility they have managed to build while keeping it user friendly is absolutely phenomenal. So many small little things that add up to make a huge difference for HR teams - for the first time we were able to focus on the actual outcomes without getting mired in driving adoption. We use Klaar for Performance Management and Talent Management. Apart from optimizing workflows, Klaar has the unique distinction of being probably the only platform that integrates with all our business tools. This means that as an HR, I don't have to push business teams to update their goals - they are always updated. Plus after using so many platforms, I found that Klaar is the only one where we could run end to end calibrations. Brilliantly designed and gets the job done. What do you like best about Klaar?

Best part pf the tool can customize as per your organisiation needs basis and help in performance, talent management, TC, IDP and 360.

Durring the implementation the tool we running very short of time however Klaar team make sure the we are live before the time.

Klaar team is also very supportive and always reayd to take the feedback and then work on the organisation specifice requirment.

We did the survey post completion of the first review cycle and employees have given very postive and employees friendly.

What do you dislike about Klaar?

It would be great if we can have the mobile app that would be better option to manage these module and option to take the feedback from external members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Klaar?

The biggest win for us is that our employees actually use Klaar. We’ve struggled with adoption in the past, and I was skeptical about rolling out yet another system. But the interface is simple, the MS Teams integration helps, and managers appreciate how easy it is to check in on goals without logging into yet another platform. What do you like best about Klaar?

The simplicity and the user friendliness. Also the team understands that every firm is different and so will be their processes and the product is designed to be curated towards that specific firm. So you get want you want. In most products, one is forced to tweak their existing Process to fit the product but not with Klaar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Klaar?

It is still early days..while a lot has been done..A lot will be done in the future. So It may not have the best UX at this stage but question is ..do we need best UX or the best UI ! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have integrated our 360 degree and PMS via Klaar . Two processes that we did offline so far. Klaar helped us transpose our offline process as is online.

What do you like best about Klaar?

- The team is incredible with very high customer orientation. They take feedback and get back with a plan to implement it in the tool. - Reporting is a bit clunky and could be simpler

This is quite helpful for a few key reasons -

- Visibility at a macro as well as a micro level is very smooth and allows people to get exactly what they need

Klaar excels in performance management, providing options for goal setting, continuous feedback, and performance appraisals. We ran both our performance cycles on the tool and the experience was great both as an administrator as well as the user

Klaar easily integrates with most of the other critical tools used by most organizations

Calibration:

The beauty of Klaar is that it is built by folks who have been on the other side of the table thmeselves and understand day to day people management problems in and out. The product is built to cater to the pain points of HR processes.

Another big take away for me is the exceptional service and support from the team. The product is customizable to the T unlike most other tools I have used in the past. The team takes feedbacks and implements the same on high priority.

In all the time that I have used Klaar, the product has evolved with every feedback shared.
