Some of my favorite things about working with kixie are that I can easily switch between my desk phone and my cell phone. I spend about half the day at my desk so being able to toggle that easily is great. The forwarding functions are nice too it's very customizable the way I can route calls and set up voicemails.
The biggest thing for my team is the metrics tracking. we can see all talk time, review calls, track connections all in real time. It helps us optimize our sales team and it's easy to identify and solve issues with low production.
The customer support has always been top notch. We receive frequent touch calls. We always get our emails and questions responded to quickly. For times when we're adding lines and reshuffling extensions it really helps to have their knowledgable staff. Jason once even helped me learn some new stuff about my CRM! Really went above and beyond to make sure we're happy. The seem to embody that small company mentality of not having some big name or laurels to rest on. They work as hard as we do, and they provide a great service that our company sees lots of benefit from. We tried a lot of phone companies and until we settled on Kixie we always had issues. I couldn't see us going back to one of the other companies at any point. We are loyal kixie customers, and we are very glad we discovered their services.

From the initial demo to onboarding to customer service, Kixie really nailed it here. My agency hired several new BDRs so we needed to implement a dialer system that easily integrated with Hubspot. Set up was super quick and easy, onboarding covered everything in detail without complicating anything. Our team uses it daily and it does everything we need it to do from dialing with local presence, SMS features with templates, voicemail drops, and everything updates in Hubspot automatically! I needed help setting up this cool feature called the live leaderboard where you can see in real-time the top performing reps, Avielle was the one who assisted me and helped resolve everything very quickly. She was really kind as well and that's something I really appreciate. To the management team; having great customer support reps like Avielle makes a world of a difference for users like myself. Also, gotta give credit where credit is due; John B. was a great Account Executive as well. I have been using Kixie for my financial services business to help me contact the over 8,000 leads that I want to reach out to. Not only does Kixie allow me to categorize these leads and dial 4 to 10 numbers at a time which saves me an incredible amount of time in doing so, it also gives me SMS and email ability as well. HOWEVER- I recently got a new computer and I was having issues with the system glitching on me. The support staff kept reaching out and actually scheduled 2 Zoom calls to work on my issue. This application is like a swiss army knife of call dialers for the business. The sms and powercall systems take my workflow to the next level. The UI is like looking at my cellphone, very intuitive. Also, the helpdesk at Kixie work quickly with our request. The speed and effiecency in getting a solution to a problem are address and resolved. Also, the constant clear communication takes alot of stress off getting a resolution. Its easy to integrate into our CRM. Implementation into the systems was a cake walk. Honestly I have used kixie in two different companies and get exceptional support each time. The customer support is always attentive, I have worked with Shea, Elliot, & Audrey. Each of them has been supportive for any request we may need. Also, since they are always updating their platform, I feel like any feature that may be missing, they take it into consideration and do their best to get it up in the following update. The app on the computer is super easy to use and the integration with our CRM (hubspot) is very seamless. & once more, the support team helps us a lot with any automations we need to help faciliate our integrations. The Kixie PowerDialer has unfortunately fallen short in delivering a reliable and efficient experience for our team. We've faced constant crashes while attempting to upload call lists, an issue that has persisted for over two weeks. Additionally, login problems and frequent crashes during dialing have significantly disrupted our workflow. Instead of receiving timely support to address these issues, we've been met with short, unhelpful responses through the Jira ticketing system, rather than the option for a quick call to resolve our concerns. This level of service has been incredibly disappointing, leaving us frustrated and questioning the platform's reliability and commitment to customer satisfaction. Kixie has completely changed the game for me when it comes to cold calling. It’s hands-down the best tool I’ve ever used. The ability to automatically match the area code to the place I'm calling is amazing—my pickup rate went through the roof! I’m booking more appointments now too, because the system lets me dial multiple numbers at once, so I always get someone on the line. Plus, connecting it to my CRM was a breeze.
