Their back end support team, the complexity of the actual product, the incompatibility with most CRMs and AI Appointment Setting Agents, and their absolutely draining customer support structure. They persistently avoid your requests and only get on a call with you or respond if its to keep your money locked away or prevent your cancellation.
Told me their service would be ready before the weekend on March 20th, and simply didn't deliver after I signed on with them.
No commitment to on-time delivery, no refunds even if they're product is non-functional, and purely money hungry back-end support team.
To add insult to injury, they had their third-world country virtual assistant call me purely just to waste my time and throw accusations as to "why didn't you pick up this spam call from an unknown number" and to simply argue with me further with no goal in mind;
