What do you like best about Aloware?

Nothing. The idea of their product or deliverable is fine, if their back end team actually delivered on time as they promised. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aloware?

Their back end support team, the complexity of the actual product, the incompatibility with most CRMs and AI Appointment Setting Agents, and their absolutely draining customer support structure. They persistently avoid your requests and only get on a call with you or respond if its to keep your money locked away or prevent your cancellation.

Told me their service would be ready before the weekend on March 20th, and simply didn't deliver after I signed on with them.

No commitment to on-time delivery, no refunds even if they're product is non-functional, and purely money hungry back-end support team.

To add insult to injury, they had their third-world country virtual assistant call me purely just to waste my time and throw accusations as to "why didn't you pick up this spam call from an unknown number" and to simply argue with me further with no goal in mind;

What do you like best about Aloware?

Aloware's user interface is super intuitive and the design is very easy on the eyes. I use this for a total of about 8 hours daily to make calls and I can confidently say that this is one of the best dialers and communications management tools out there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aloware?

There's this issue that I am currently encountering with Aloware wherein I will make the outbound call and it will just go to the background. I cannot interact with it; I cannot send the voicemail recording if it goes to voicemail and I cannot end the call. It really is a hassle for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Aloware solving and how is that benefiting you?

It makes outbound calls easy and simple, with just a copy and paste of a customer's number you can go straight to calling; unlike the previous dialers that I tried wherein you really need to type in the numbers and/or follow their only accepted formats. With Aloware, it automatically detects the number in any format and it will also read it from any website or application. I also like their option to send out recordings; so, you do not have to repeat yourselfevery time you got sent to the receiver's voicemail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Aloware?

It is helpful in that it pairs well with Guesty. It correctly records calls. I use it five days a week all day and it is reliable most of the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aloware?

I do not like the mobile app as much. My notifications are off put it still pushes calls through sometimes. Also I find the mobile app to be much more glitchy, for example I cannot change the line I use to make outgoing calls from the app. Audio is the main issue. On some calls, people have a hard time hearing me and upon checking it is not due to my microphone or computer, nor is it the wifi because my coworker does not have the same issue. We’ve experienced some delays with SMS delivery, especially when timing is critical, like reminders for live coaching calls. For example, if a message is scheduled to go out 15 minutes before a session, it sometimes arrives late or even after the event. This has impacted our members’ experience. What do you like best about Aloware?

We have been very happy with the integration with HubSpot. Getting it set up and managing dialing lists along with contact outcomes has been easy and reliable so far. The Power Dialer functionality is great for working through lists of calls. The inbox is great for seeing the context and history for each contact. What started as a fantastic tool for text messaging within HubSpot has since blossomed into an incredible resource that we’ve happily expanded across multiple departments!

The text messaging features are nothing short of amazing—packed with powerful capabilities like mass texting and sequence automation, making communication smoother and more efficient than ever. While the initial setup and integration required some time (as all great things do!), the process was incredibly straightforward and well worth the effort. And whenever we encountered the rare hiccup, Aloware’s outstanding customer service team swooped in with lightning-fast resolutions, leaving us beyond impressed!
