I do not like that is only calculates the seconds of conversation I wish it would convert the minutes and hours also. Once a persons replys stop or we use the DNC option you cannot change that option back Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Power dialer tends to work pretty well, which means we can get a lot more calls done as opposed to manually trying to call the same amount of people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes it can be glitchy- i.e. you enter in your personal phone number as a backup number to receive notifications on- but it doesn't let you take it off no matter how many times or ways your try. Also, Would like to be able to import CSV files in with more columns. Frequently have to refresh Aloware for things to work, as they will just sit idle for no apparent reason sometimes. Deployment was simple, getting the team set up with their own numbers etc. was painless. Support has been fantastic, as any time I've had a question, they've been able to solve it and always get back to me in a timely manner. There's not much that I can say I dislike about the software. Anything that I need to accomplish with a softphone service is doable with Aloware. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the things I have found is that there are a lot of errors when it comes to multiple tabs and inbound calls. When making calls, notes or emails on my CRM Hubspot platform, I can't always hear the phone ringing, and if it does, the tab with the phone has an error where I can't pick up. It would be convenient to have the phone as an app that can be accessed across all platforms. I also have found that phone numbers inputted incorrectly (non number formating) causes duplicates.The sync feature with our CRM needs to improve so we don't duplicate contacts. I like that it integrates with Hubspot. Makes it easy to make calls right from the CRM Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I havent been getting notifications when people text back, we make changes to get them, but when there's a phone line that I'm on, I have to get notifications from EVERY customer calling or texting back to the company. When there are multiple phone numbers associated with a contact that I need to reach out to, and I need to text a different one, I cant do it from the app on the mac, I have to log into the dashboard to change it. Aloware has been great for making outbound dials and tracking data on behalf of our sales team. Their team tends to be quick to respond to build requests and seem to be interested in building the best software possible. They also have an integrated Slack channel for submitting tickets which is perfect for our organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There have been a significant amount of errors that seem to have no resolution. Even when we repeatedly ask for the source of the problem, it is more of a shoulder shrug response. This doesn't give us confidence that the root of the problem gets fixed. This isn't all the time but it's enough to make mention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When Aloeware is working it's awesome. I love that you can schedule texts from the app and the desktop. You get notifications the way you choose to get them. Very easy to understand, and no learning curve to implement Aloeware. The customer support is usually pretty quick as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
After every update, something goes wrong. For example yesterday it updated, and right after I tried to contact a customer that I have been trying to get ahold of for weeks and it was dead air. I called him 4 times, and it was dead air every time. The customer called me 2 different times, and still dead air. I ended up calling him from my cell phone. A while back after an update, I wasn't getting notifications when I would get text messages or calls from customers. Every change you want to make you have to do from the desktop, you can't do anything from the app. The mobile app has never worked for me either. I have laggy calls every day where I will say something and the customer will respond 3 seconds later. I've contacted support for every issue I spoke about as well, but we are still in the same boat. I really like that it links up with Hubspot, I use it daily to make calls and send messages. The integration is pretty smooth. I also like that it shows the previous communications with a client from anyone they have spoken to in our company. We strive to create a seamless experience for our clients, so being able to see what another rep has already spoken with a client about is helpful. It works well on my computer when I have incoming calls, easy enough to pick up and doesn't interrupt too much. I also like that I can filter contacts out based on the ones that are assigned to me via hubspot, yet still have the ability to look up a client who's in our contact list. I don't care for the app. It is very hard to use as a single user. I struggle with finding text messages when I try to open it from a notification. I sometimes have issues with call quality, but that could be more related to the internet connection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
