What do you like best about Kixie PowerCall & SMS?

I have been using Kixie for my financial services business to help me contact the over 8,000 leads that I want to reach out to. Not only does Kixie allow me to categorize these leads and dial 4 to 10 numbers at a time which saves me an incredible amount of time in doing so, it also gives me SMS and email ability as well. HOWEVER- I recently got a new computer and I was having issues with the system glitching on me. The support staff kept reaching out and actually scheduled 2 Zoom calls to work on my issue. The issue was resolved and Kixie support staff member Audrey was knowledgable, patient and kind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Kixie PowerCall & SMS?

This application is like a swiss army knife of call dialers for the business. The sms and powercall systems take my workflow to the next level. The UI is like looking at my cellphone, very intuitive. Also, the helpdesk at Kixie work quickly with our request. The speed and effiecency in getting a solution to a problem are address and resolved. Also, the constant clear communication takes alot of stress off getting a resolution. Its easy to integrate into our CRM. Implementation into the systems was a cake walk. What do you dislike about Kixie PowerCall & SMS?

I honestly cannot point to anything specific that the Kixie PowerCall & SMS does wrong. Like all technologies there are some kinks but the self corrects after 30 seconds. Im truely impressed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Kixie PowerCall & SMS?

Honestly I have used kixie in two different companies and get exceptional support each time. The customer support is always attentive, I have worked with Shea, Elliot, & Audrey. Each of them has been supportive for any request we may need. Also, since they are always updating their platform, I feel like any feature that may be missing, they take it into consideration and do their best to get it up in the following update. The app on the computer is super easy to use and the integration with our CRM (hubspot) is very seamless. & once more, the support team helps us a lot with any automations we need to help faciliate our integrations. Huge help from Slav that helped us out with the automations. & also thanks to Peter (current company) & Edward (previous company) for helping with the initial onboarding. The Kixie PowerDialer has unfortunately fallen short in delivering a reliable and efficient experience for our team. We've faced constant crashes while attempting to upload call lists, an issue that has persisted for over two weeks. Additionally, login problems and frequent crashes during dialing have significantly disrupted our workflow. Instead of receiving timely support to address these issues, we've been met with short, unhelpful responses through the Jira ticketing system, rather than the option for a quick call to resolve our concerns. This level of service has been incredibly disappointing, leaving us frustrated and questioning the platform's reliability and commitment to customer satisfaction. What do you like best about Kixie PowerCall & SMS?

Kixie has completely changed the game for me when it comes to cold calling. It’s hands-down the best tool I’ve ever used. The ability to automatically match the area code to the place I'm calling is amazing—my pickup rate went through the roof! I’m booking more appointments now too, because the system lets me dial multiple numbers at once, so I always get someone on the line. Plus, connecting it to my CRM was a breeze. I was so pleased with the Connection Boost/Local Presence in my trial, that I told my boss about it and he signed up our team.

What do you like best about Kixie PowerCall & SMS?

I only use the PowerCalling aspect, and not the SMS; but I like the fact that I can dial from local numbers to increase my contact rate, and that most don't show up as spam. I use this all day every day for about 10-12 hours a day. It integrates seamlessly and easily to my CRM, is easy to use, and their customer service is quick. What do you like best about Kixie PowerCall & SMS?

Kixie has done wonders for our cold calling efficiency. The sheer dialling power marks a stark change from single line diallers - our pickup rates are very high. It is easy to use and when there are issues, the customer support agents are very attentive. We use it across a team of 4 salespeople about 40 hours a week in total. There are occasional bugs which can get in the way of calling, but they are always seen to promptly by support staff. The reporting system could be laid out better and the 3 month batch pricing does force you to think about adding additional users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
