Kixie is an integrated tool that allows you to receive a high volume of calls and assign them accross your team. It also allows you to do a lot of inbound with a super easy and intuitive extention. I personally love the options tree Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is not much that I dislike. The only fallback I had was that it is a very technical service, so it's easy to get lost in the dashboard when you first sign up. However, they have a ton of tutorial videos to walk you through everything. Once I took the time to learn how to use it and had a few Zoom calls with Nate, everything has been great. Kixie is hands down the best dialer system available to mankind. The functionality is unsurpassable. I was able to get a team of 10 reps calling in less than 5 minutes having no knowledge of how to use their product. Ease of use is unreal!!! I couldn't be happier to have come across this platform! Love the opportunity to integrate with salesforce. I save so much time with my salesforce and Microsoft Teams integration in Kixie. It is so easy to setup as well as use. Text messaging is the way of the future, and on a B2B customer leel, we use it daily to keep in touch with our customers and prospecrive customers. When issues arise, the intercom chat is quick and helps us get our issues resolved in a timely manner. The mobile acceasibility is an even more exciting feature. Pricing is not clear, its not even possible to get their pricing. I registered for a trial and the functionality didn't work, after the trial, nobody contacted me to buy a package.
