What do you like best about Kimoby?

I wish it would communicate with CDK more, so if we cancel or reschedule a customer's appointment, it would automatically change on Kimoby. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Kimoby is very easy to use, but make sure to follow the walk-through when first joining so you are aware of all of the features and benefits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kimoby solving and how is that benefiting you?

Not all customers can communicate over a phone call for service updates, questions, etc. When using Kimoby, it gives us the opportunity to choose the form of communication that our customers want or prefer. The text messaging confirmation really helps us get an idea of how many customers are coming in for their appointment the next day, and allows us to communicate with customers who have cancelled/ are asking to reschedule. Kimoby is easy for our entire staff to use, and clients love it too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kimoby?

There's not much we dislike! I suppose that with this system we get a lot of notifications, but those can be tailored in settings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kimoby solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a simple & cost-effective way to communicate with our Service & Sales clients, and Kimoby provided that and more. When COVID came around, we relied heavily on their Kimoby Pay function that allows clients to pay for their service (incl. receive PDF invoices) via their phone, and even the Sales dept uses it to take vehicle deposits. What do you like best about Kimoby?

Kimoby is an easy system to communicate with our customers and receive payments. Also a great way to follow up or review previous conversations with customers. Very simple to use and effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Only dislike is when a customer previously wanted to stop using the system and then when they want to start using it again, it's not easy to re-add them when they've unsubscribed initially. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Kimoby?

There is so much information and good useful tools in Kimoby; it's hard to keep track. Their staff is right there in chat to help you with any questions (I always have questions), and they're polite and quick to get back to you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kimoby?

I've only ever had one issue with Kimoby, and it was probably my fault... The data matching wouldn't load any of my information once. However, someone helped me right away and did it for me on their end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We can reach out to our extensive database of customers very quickly and conveniently all at once, rather than having to go through individual phone calls. Most of our guests also prefer text messages rather than phone calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
