It has features that are catered towards growing a community from scratch or upgrading an existing one. The team are good, helpful and understanding of individual business needs. When I was the forum admin, but actually inbound marketing manager, the best feature of Lithium was the crawlability in Google. We actually would out rank in Google some smaller businesses' websites, which shows the value of the platform (and the hilarious emails they would send in complaint). But for general SEO, the forums represented almost 50% of natural search traffic, especially non-brand terms.
I would also rave about our lithium admin. She was amazing to work with, a source of knowledge that we would leverage constantly, and the eagle eye to whenever something worth noticing would happen. I honestly miss working with her. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
