I was doing freelancing for one my friends, he has his own business and he was creative director over there. After a research to manage their social media channel, I got to know about Khoros, and we started using one of the feature, which is Social Median Management. To be honest, posting a content across many of us social channel was really less time consuming. And also we used schedule our posting time. So far, as we have very small group of people, we found it as a somewhat expensive. And documentation should be more clear and concise. Because, no one wants to spend more time to learn the new platform. Overall I found it as a good platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
