I was doing freelancing for one my friends, he has his own business and he was creative director over there. After a research to manage their social media channel, I got to know about Khoros, and we started using one of the feature, which is Social Median Management. To be honest, posting a content across many of us social channel was really less time consuming. And also we used schedule our posting time. I like how Khoros, and would definitely recommend it to a colleague or friend who is in the same industry as I am, which is Customer Experience. When you cant change the notes youve put to a ticket, its challenging. When many notes are required for a single ticket, this can result in disorganised and muddled information.
