The integration facilitates an extremely easy setup process, making it accessible and convenient right from the start. Additionally, I am impressed by the feature of real-time restores, which allows for efficient data recovery without significant time loss. Overall, Keepit's effortless setup, taking less than ten to fifteen minutes after creating a Microsoft 365 admin account, enhances its user-friendliness and effectiveness in managing backups. What do you like best about Keepit?

Keepit has a great system, they have their own in house servers that store our documents, with layers of backups. In the event of losing our documents through Microsoft Onedrive, which has happened in the past, we can easily recover everything through a backup. Plus we get unlimited storage. What do you dislike about Keepit?

User interface is a bit dated. I think if the interface was easier to navigate through, it would save some time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

KeepIT has been very reliable and has most of the features we need. It was easy to implement. We use this every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keepit?

Integrations could be better. We also do not like the chat style customer support. The Litigation hold backup functionality needs improved. I also want it to support Private workspaces for POwerBI Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keepit?

As the title states KeepIT keeps going and in the 3-4 years my company has been using KeepIT, we have never had any downtime issues.

Its also extremely easy to use, which is ideal as i use the KeepIT everyday a week! The features of of how each solution backup-ed broken down into easy to view information, so i know exactly what i am backing up and what i am restoring.

I have only needed to deal with Customer Support once, in my time using the product and my issue was resolved quickly and has not re-occured! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keepit?

There really isn't much to dislike about KeepIT as it does what its says it does and thats backing up 0365 data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
