The best thing about Keepit is how simple it is to use, and how admin- and user-friendly it is. It’s been easy to train my fellow colleagues on how to use Keepit and handle the admin side as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At the moment, the most requests we have received from users is email restore requests. The search can be a bit of a challenge. It's hard to search a specific type of email within a mailbox when a mailbox has multiple folders and sub-folders. We would have to go to each folder(s) and search for a specific email(s). After some initial difficulties, I managed to get in touch with customer service and complete the onboarding to Keepit. The product was and definitely is worth it! As with any company, there is still room for improvement in some processes at Keepit. My feedback was requested due to my review on G2 by the responsible account manager and additionally by the regional manager, taken seriously, and communicated internally. It's quite unfortunate when both the phone and email channels for new and existing customers do not work and the technical support is not responsible. It can backup multiple tenants under the same login/portal, which is great for us. You can also restore across tenants too, which assists with migration projects and saves costs. Keepit convinces me primarily with its ease of use and clear user interface. The setup is straightforward, and the backups run reliably in the background without me having to worry about them. I find Keepit to be an excellent choice for businesses seeking a reliable and secure cloud backup solution that is cost-effective. After initially using KeepIT purely for O365 backups, we have since used it to backup other SaaS solutions aswell. Being able to regularly backup our SaaS applications is very useful for both distaster recovery and for simple restore scenarios aswell. It is very simple to setup backups as required and just as simple when restoring. As you would expect, restores can be performed at a very granular level, such as simply restoring a single email or document. Support has been very good whenever needed. There are no real downsides to KeepIT as it does what you would expect, however, it can be tricky to restore old Sharepoint / Teams sites in terms of trying to identify similarly named sites, but that is more an issue with O365 than with KeepIT. The only thing to bear in mind for the O365 backups is that you do not set this on a schedule (say every day at 8pm) like with traditional backup solutions. Instead, the system auto backs up the data periodically and if you have lots of data, it could be you do not even get daily backups as it takes time to backup the data. I appreciate that Keepit is fairly easy to set up and manage, which saves me time and effort. The unlimited storage offered by Keepit for Office 365 backup is a significant benefit, providing peace of mind as I know there are no restrictions on data backup. I find the process of restoring items to be straightforward; it's simple to locate and perform in-place restores, which enhances efficiency. The powerful search feature is incredibly useful, saving me time when searching through backups. Additionally, the option to allow users to perform restores themselves through a time-limited link is a great feature. This capability reduces the workload on my team and empowers users with some control over their data restoration needs. I am also impressed by the fair pricing and the user interface, which is intuitive and user-friendly. It is very straightforward for anyone to use, and in our experience, it performs reliably whenever we need to restore data. We back up approximately 12TB, and it has proven to be an excellent product that gives us confidence our Office 365 data is secure. It can be a bit confusing when restoring data into a mailbox with the various restore/import options presented. Not a bit issue but once you'd done it and documented the process its dead easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The fact that we have backup available of our Microsoft products in a fast and reliable format for all our users and each time we need it we can actually restore files of mailboxes needed for what ever reason. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not sure there are things that I dislike about Keepit, but it is "sad" that they haven't yet developed the option to backup Microsoft Business Central ERP system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
