wow, where to start. their pricing structure is backwards and ridged. They will make you buy a new licence every time you want more credit. because its cheaper to buy it that way than the credits by itself. This stinks of stakeholder manipulation. So in order to get and retain investors, they will say something like, " we increased out licences by X amount" which could indicate to the investor they are doing better than they actually are. The increase of licences that all though on the metric form show healthy growth for a company, is actually a manipulation of the actual market movement of that company. I may be wrong, but that's how it looks on my end.

When I tried to push for a different membership structure, they just flat out refused, regardless of the money I was prepared to through at them. The agent was sure if she asked management they would say no and the CTO just ignored me when I reached out to him to tackle this subject.

Its a shame because the actual platform itself looks promising but we will not be adopting this if we cant get the company to be a bit more flexible with its price plans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
