What do you like best about Kaseya VSA?

I love the user-friendlyness of Kaseya VSA, it was easy to implement, easy to add devices and customer support has always been top-notch, a response within a few hours and usually the issue resolved as well.

I use the RMM tool every day and it hasn't let me down yet.

There's a plethora of different options such as syncing clipboard, quick launch tools and monitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kaseya VSA?

It could use a couple of quality of life updates, but I see features being added almost every week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Kaseya VSA?

I like the ability to use the monitoring feature of the software . The user can easily create help desk resolution tickets and track them. The tickets created through the software can be labeled from low to high priority, which helps us set priority for the task needed to be completed first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kaseya VSA?

Notifications that are sent out after tickets are created can provide more information about the issue . This can be improved by correct labeling of the tickets created and including more information about the issue in the notification email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Kaseya VSA?

Kaseya is good when it comes to accessing organization systems remotely and it's been a solution for a few years. Monitoring systems make it easy for our IT team to quickly resolve issues arising regularly. Patch and agent management options are helpful in all ways. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kaseya VSA?

we need to uninstall and install the app due to underperformance. support system/staff need to work more on the customer issues and importantly for Macs there is no automated or updated version available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have opted for Kaseya when there is a requirement to manage or monitor the organization system remotely due to working from a home environment. Previously, our organization did not use any software and it was handled in a very inefficient manner. What do you like best about Kaseya VSA?

It's a decent RMM (except for the ransomware attack, obviously). It does the necessary things: automation, patch management,reporting, and these all work, but it's not *better* than something like, say, Solarwinds RMM (or whatever they are calling it now). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kaseya VSA?

Billing is often wrong and it's hard to get it dealt with. There are better options out there due to this.

Kaseya doesn't seem focussed on improving the lives of the people who use it, but instead on shareholder value, and that's a bad thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As I mentioned before, it does the basics, but all RMMs do these days. The patching is decent, the remote support is good, and there's decent automation. So it solves the big three for any support person (patching, automation, support). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
