What do you like best about Kaseya VSA?

VSA9 was a powerful but difficult tool to use due to it's mashup of poorly integrated modules. VSAX shares none of 9s DNA and is neither powerful or terribly useful in its present release. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kaseya VSA?

VSAX lacks the power and features of VSA9 and it's expanded vs the dense data rich interface of VSA9 seems to purposely communicate as little as possible in a glance, burying necessary data under tedious layers of menus. What do you like best about Kaseya VSA?

Allows the managability of most of the devices aspects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kaseya VSA?

Hard to use and set up.

Lacking SSO compatability when it comes to live connect. (logging in through the application).

Outdated UI.

Hard to understand scripting "language" with many caveats.

No option to view multiple monitors at the same time when connecting remotely using Live Connect.

Automatic agent removal is a bit clunky.

I have expecienced connectivity issues with my deployment although I'm not sure that is cause by the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
