The user interface changes depending on which module you are using. Some modules, a 'select all' will select only the items visible on the page, but on other modules 'select all' will select everything, including items on subsequent pages that aren't visible.
Support from Kaseya has been abysmal. Opening a ticket may result in a response a week later, if you are lucky. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Kaseya is very good for remote monitoring. We are using the cloud based hosted Kaseya.
With this tool we are using it to remotely monitor many remote branch sites.
This is also useful for Microsoft license management to some extent.
I can query a machine and see which product and keys are installed.
In addition we can remote access the server through VNC as needed, can do remote deployment of applications and patches.
User access controls are intuitive so I can give certain IT folks access to just their servers

There is one issue with remote connection. It would be nicer to integrate drag and drop controls so I can copy files back and forth (simliar to team viewer).
