It would be wonderful if there was a Salesforce plugin for Spanning that allowed you to see data changes and revert changes if needed from the specific record. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Kaseya VSA?

Fully featured end point management solution. The scripting engine offers powerful automation capability. Kaseya VSA also offers plenty of functionality for IT outsourcing firms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kaseya VSA?

User experience and user interface is dated and not terribly intuitive. The remote control tool is a bit of an irritant - it's updated frequently, which is not a bad thing - but you are required to download the 70MB installer and install it very often, delaying response to end-user issues. What problems is Kaseya VSA solving and how is that benefiting you?

Managing a large number of end-points and servers in a remote work/work from home world is the primary problem that Kaseya VSA solves for us. Beyond that, on-boarding and off-boarding is simplified thanks to Kaseya VSA. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
