Lots of product lines, most of which are manageable under the VSA. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Geared towards larger MSP's, if you have 15 clients or less it can be quite expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the connectivity and level of monitoring they provide . It is unique in the way that it monitors and gives you a simple dashboard summary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The fact that the product is inflexible with licensing. When you purchase a licence for a site you have to continue paying for the license even when it is not being used. i.e if a 200 user site moves to another supplier you can not remove the licenses and have to pay for them anyway or until you get another site signed up. Makes the product very costly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Backup & restore works as it should.
Usually easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sales team try to retroactively impose a charge 100x the original subscription fee, threaten legal action when this is declined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have been able to automate processes, monitoring systems, and installation of computers. Using the VSA has really helped our team be focused on direct interactions with customers that help them instead of wasting time doing repetative tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We are a MSP and Kaseya is primarily used by MSPs, but their pricing model with the 3 year contracts locking in agent numbers is completely out of step with how we manage license utlization from our other MSP partners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy to implement, easy to use, use it every day, software management of patching Windows and third party applications, and remote control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Need to go tp multiple places to find all the information about an endpoint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

These guys have every product needed to run a successful MSP and I value our relationship greatly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's not free but everyone has to get paid for their service and I want to ensure they will be there for years to come so I really don't mind paying for it. :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It was OK despite its outdated interface. It managed updates, patches, backups, security, etc. and would allow clients to login to maintain their computers or generate reports, etc. Not bad overall, but more modern MSP platforms handle all this better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The security and the guidance to secure our own server. They got HACKED and the security holes were known for quite a while. On the day of the hack only an email was sent, no phone call, telling us to shut down our server. We couldn't bring it up for 2 months and since backups don't work unless the server is up, backups were crippled. The user interface is old and clunky. They may be making improvements now, but it's too late. Spent 18 months migrating to a new MSP platform. Since they are VC owned, they are more worried about profits and locking customers into 3 year contracts than they are with security with is of paramount importance these days.
