I can quickly and easily add any notification to my website in any location on the page, and any device. The rules make sense once you get the hang of them, and editing is straighforward and intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes it seems a little clunky, and moving back and forth between the dashboard and the project is unintuitive. Also, saving and publishing projects triggers so many prompts about saving and being sure and asking about saving as a revision; it can be overwhelming. On the dashboard menu, to me, clicking on the name of the project should take me to the editing page; I always forget I have to access the edit link on the left side. Being in Australia, setting the timing of a project launch is added work; I have to always pull up a world clock calculator. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You have the ability to manage some great on-site experiences and assist with email capture that most other platforms don't offer. At a lower cost too. And they have managed services available if you don't have the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their new version which appears to still be in beta has some bugs. But I am sure they will get worked out over time. There are some additional features they are adding that are highly anticipated but not ready yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

During our busy time of the year (Black Friday and all the way to New Year’s) Miranda Galindo (Senior Customer Success Strategist) went above and beyond to ensure that our popups worked accurately. Being new to using popups on a website, the Justuno Platform, and marketing during the busiest time of the year for retail, I feel without her assistance our popups wouldn’t have been as successful as I wanted them to be. Since our first meeting, she has provided countless helpful materials and guidance promptly, sometimes within minutes of receiving my email. She is a great asset to us and Justuno. The flexibility with design with great pre-made tam plates. The drag-and-drop features are great for creating a custom design. Email captures have gone up 4x since adding Justuno. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the placement on site can be tricky. I would also like to see a better SMS system and a better intergration with Klaviyo. But overall it's been and amazing experience for 3+ years Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The level of design customization and advanced targeting capabilities are incredible especially when compared to a standard platform like Klaviyo. It is possible to custom code as well so things like "spin to win" are easy to implement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some of the UI is clunky to work through and you can tell they have used random blocks of code since things like whether they use RGB or Hex codes vary based on the component. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a developer, installing the necessary code snippets and hooking up data variables was a pleasantly easy experience. The JustUno dashboard quickly updates to confirm that things were installed correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
