Once you are done with the initial setup of Optimonk ( the hard part for us specifically due to massive trafic, that normally would eat up 50K+ pageviews per day on a single store).When works properly on your websitem then it becomes quite easy to push campaigns, easier than ever actually. I used Optimonk for a short time a few years ago, but I found it too complicated. Now the system is even more complex and professional, and you can implement almost any campaign, YET it is easy to use. It is very logically structured and the support, well, it's simply phenomenal!
