Juro has really a wide array of features and contract rules and customization that really help streamline the contracting process and saves time from both legal and sales teams. We use it as own source main legal tool, and it's templates are easy to use for our sales teams while allowing good control of contracts by legal and finance. What do you like best about Juro?

I cannot express how great the Team at JURO has been to work with. We went into the project understaffed without time to commit and the implementation team has been so kind, understanding and patient and willing to work with us, refresh out memory and take all the time necessary to ensure our templates are working properly.

What do you dislike about Juro?

As with any new software platform, getting to know where to find the correct workflow takes some practice and repetition. However the trainer will record sessions so you can go back and review the steps as often as a refresher is needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to search and find documents as they are created in the system, or imported into the software, will ultimately help the existing team, and not just the legal team, but the various departments of our business that need to locate and confirm an NDA or a contract is in place. What do you like best about Juro?

Juro has proven to be a great solution for us. As head of the legal and compliance functions, I particularly appreciate how it allows us to customize tags of contracts so that we can generate reports and efficiently manage risks. The user interface and ability to structure the uploading of contracts as a question & answer flow has been very well received from the team for whom UX is really important.

The check ins with our customer success manager who helps us leverage the various functionalities of the platform has also been a great help and I love the fact that their product team is constantly working on upgrades to the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Juro?

What do you like best about Juro?

Using Juro as our CLM tool has changed the game for our legal team. Implementation was excellent – Juro’s onboarding team assisted us in setting up template contracts, defining workflows, and setting up a repository for easy reference. Each of our contract stakeholders (including counsel) has increased visibility into contract terms and status. Juro's customer support is always fast to respond and deliver solutions. Our teams now primarily work out of Juro as a sole source of contract information, which has increased as our partnership has grown since the initial implentation. Juro's multiple integrations with our other systems provides the most robust funcitonality and we are excited to see the product continue to evolve and grow. Juro is streamlining our contract drafting, review, and execution processes by managing the entire contract lifecycle with one tool. What do you like best about Juro?

Self-contained platform that can deal with most everything within the life of a contract, from initial drafting, through communications with other parties (be they internal or from outside the organisation), to final execution and storing. Nicely designed, constantly improving, reasonably-priced, very good customer service and engagement. Has some nice intergrations with other apps and ecosystems. What do you dislike about Juro?

Some of the steps involved within the processing of a contract could be improved, as they are not 100% easy to understand, but this experience could be down to the way my organisation's legal processes are setup. Self-service is a Godsend. Primary problem that is being addressed by Juro is having everything in one place and up to date. What do you like best about Juro?

Juro helped us to streamline the contract negotiation and signature process. It makes it easy for us when creating a document using templates and collaborative tools with other team members, and it also makes it easy for the customer to review, comment, suggest, fill out, and sign the document. The implementation is pretty much "instant" and customer support is FLAWLESS, they reply in no time and really make sure we are taking all the advantage possible from the tool. The platform is very user-friendly, requiring no technical support unless you choose to build custom integrations. Implementation was straightforward and relatively out-of-the-box. What do you dislike about Juro?

As an Australian-based business, we were aware that support is only available outside our business hours when we signed up. Despite this, their chat support has been very responsive, even with the time difference. Fortunately, we haven’t needed to rely on support frequently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Prior to implementing Juro, we were managing over 30 employment contract templates, with a time consuming and error prone process that involved multiple steps to prepare contracts for sending. This often led to errors and revisions, causing friction among parties.

Juro has significantly streamlined our contract management process, enabling smoother collaboration by allowing more stakeholders to review documents before they are sent to external parties for signing. The incidence of errors has been drastically reduced, and our recruiters are happy, as they can now dedicate more time to sourcing talent rather than handling administrative tasks like drafting employment contracts.

What do you like best about Juro?

I think what I love the most about Juro is that the team behind it is constantly working to enhance the system, regularly introducing new features and integrations that make Juro even more efficient and effective. It's clear they listen to user feedback and are committed to providing the best possible experience.

Another thing I love about Juro is how the team is always eager to support us in our projects. Their responses are always quick, and they go above and beyond by answering our questions, educating our team, and teaching us how to maximize productivity with Juro.

One challenge I’ve encountered is that external parties are often reluctant to use Juro from the beginning of contract negotiations through to signing. Many companies still prefer working with Word documents rather than utilizing a platform like Juro, which allows for seamless end-to-end contract management. What do you like best about Juro?

The best feature for our organization is the template feature. It allows you to create contract templates and define rules for how the contract can be filled out. What do you dislike about Juro?

Tracking renewals is not a built-in feature as we anticpated when we signed up. Juro allows you to manually set reminder notifications based off a date. However, this is a one-time thing. So you cannot be reminded every year if that's the renewal term. There needs to be a feature to automatically see the renewal date of the contract and allow you to see a list of upcoming renewals each renewal period. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
