Recently, I conducted a surgery using Jotform. Our employees found the survey to be easy to complete and flow smoothly. Creating the survey only took a few minutes with the use of the horror templates available. I found that having a link to share with colleagues to view the information was a great benefit! I have used Jotform since 2016.They offer a free service up to 500 submissions but you can upgrade to a paid service if your business creates more submissions. The downsides of jotform are the submission limits for the free version of JotForm. I am an employee of a not-for-profit governmental organization. It is not within our budget to purchase paid versions of Jot Form right now. I love the form and I want to use it for the purpose of scheduling a very meaningful event, I just worry that we will not recieve every submission, especially as I have 2 forms. Jotform has been a game-changer for our small business. We have a lot of forms that need to be able to take payment, and we have different forms for different things. With Jotform, we can organize our forms, set up payments easily, and so on. I seriously don't know what we'd do without Jotform. It easily integrates with our website. We use it all the time now.
