I use Jotform in several of my evaluation projects to create electronic versions of forms that my clients are required to use by their grantor. It makes it a lot easier for my clients to complete the forms with their consumers and a lot easier for me to collect the data. I also appreciate how much more robust Jotform is and how many more feature are available. I originally tried to build the forms in an electronic survey platform but it just didn't have the features that I needed due to the format of the forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I dislike about Jotform is that there isn't a way to download numerical representations of form responses, the way you can with an electronic survey platform. I have to turn the responses into numbers for ease of analysis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Extremely user friendly, very easy to implement. Plan on using it weekly, and my team loves the ease of integration as well as the number of features. Jotform has provided us with the ability to collect information from our clients in ways that standard website options don't allow or make incredibly difficult to use. I love that Jotform gives us the ability to have our customers upload essential photos and documents when submitting their forms. Clients often comment on the ease of use and often when they call, we refer them back to the webform and emphasise the ability to upload documents during the submission, which makes the customer feel more comfortable due to being able to complete the questionaire in their own time, along with the ability to add in things that they would like us to consider when receiving a quote. I like that we can integrate Jotform with our MailChimp account so that every new enquiry has the ability to turn into a contact that receives our updates and offers, this automation takes a lot of effort out of the process of having to add new enquirers manually to mail chimp. My suggestion is that Jotform would take currency conversion into account so the price displayed online, which I think is affordable, doesn't blow out to be a higher cost when the payment is taken due to currency conversion in different countries. I think Jotform is a fantastic tool, I would like to see it become a little more mobile friendly, as some of my customers mention that completing the form from their mobile device can be unusual but for the most part it seems to work. The select a date option may require a little bit of attention as it often has intermittent problems. I don't see any downside from using Jotform, I think it's a great tool and we are happy to include it in our systems and processes as a business. Keep up the good work! I use a lot of forms in my business and often utilized the free form options to save money. However, I decided to try Jotform after seeing the beautifully designed forms a peer was using. I like that there are a multitude of templates to choose from so I don't need to design anything from scratch. The ability to get actual signatures on the form and allow people to schedule appointments really streamlines my business processes. My clients have a better onboarding experience and there is less manual work for me. I recently discovered the Flodesk integration and that is going to ensure that I don't forget to add new subscribers to my email list which use to happen all the time. Jotform is a flexible and user-friendly set of tools. Whether an RSVP for an event, an enrollment form for one of our youth programs, or a detailed volunteer application, setting up an online form is intuitive and attractive for placement on our website. Our favorite feature is the EASY integration with Google Sheets. Having the results show up auto-magically (and dynamically by the way) inside of the Google Workspace we use all day every day is the best. We also appreciate how easy it is to set up conditional fields that only appear based on specific responses. I would like to see a plan that allows for multiple users, offering a step between individual and Enterprise plans. This would cater to businesses that aren't large enough to justify purchasing Enterprise but are big enough to need more than one user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The biggest challenge I have had is making sure the forms submitted are being sent to my email address. However, the issue was at my end (not including the Jotform reply addresses in my contact list), so I can't say I dislike anything about Jotform...that issue was my fault! The way to work with the left side bar helps a lot when you are working on your form. The integrations that jotforms have are great because i can send the link to my clients and they analize the data. There are some widgets that don't work propperly and/or there could be a step by step guide on how to use them at the moment you are using the widgets, something like "to use the sub-lables add a + or something and if you don't add it then it should send an error" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy organization and tracking! JotForm keeps all registration, permission slips, and RSVP information neatly organized in one place, which is a lifesaver with so many moving parts in both my roles with the PTA and Girl Scouts.
