I love the real-time aspect when I receive responses to surveys. I also really love that I can clone and archive surveys. It's helpful to export the data in Excel when I need to do check-in sheets. I also love that I can vary the question style - freeform, multiple choice, drop down, etc. I use Jotform before beginning programs, getting shirt sizes, retrieving RSVP's for events. I enjoy the free starter plan. However, I need more forms than what is offered, but due to budgetary constraints of the non-profit organization, we are unable to afford the fees associated with it. I couldn't be happier with JotForm! I got introduced to it by a business partner who had been using it for years and they couldn't promote it enough. It's a fantastic tool for anyone who needs to create forms quickly and easily without any coding skills. The drag-and-drop interface is incredibly intuitive, making it simple to customize forms to fit specific needs. JotForm has made managing data collection so much more efficient—I highly recommend! There's a free version, which offers more than enough to get your teeth stuck in. I'm on the free version at the moment but plan to jump up a level soon. Jotform is the typical software company with ridiculous sales people.

We realised we have 2 accounts in our company, asked to merge them so it's all together, apparently we can't have 2 users and pay 800usd per year but need to move to an enterprise deal of 8000usd...that's not serious, we are just going to move to the competition with a better service as there are many companies offering the same type of services. I like how easy it is to create and edit forms. we use them to collect leads at conferences, from our website and lead magnets. they are easilyexported to websites etc.

It integrates directly with our CRM (OpenCRM) which seave loads of time this was very easy to set up. And I have just discovered an integration with Calendly which is great.

You can easily change the design of the form to fit in with your digital ecosystem too.

THe e-sign is really easy to use and so useful.

Incredibly versitile tool for reporting, online sales, and data collection. We have used JotForm for a number of years and it continues to grow and add new features and tools that help us. We also use many of the integrations that allow for automatic notifications, data storage in SharePoint, and merchant processing integration for direct online sales. Support for issues that are not simple and generic do not get resolved. Their higher tiered support will drop issues without resolution if they can't find an answer.
