It is a great platform. Been able to export the info into cvs, xls or pdf files makes a work flow versatile. Many options to modify in your tables and pdfs is super practical. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have used Jotform since 2016.They offer a free service up to 500 submissions but you can upgrade to a paid service if your business creates more submissions. The downsides of jotform are the submission limits for the free version of JotForm. I am an employee of a not-for-profit governmental organization. It is not within our budget to purchase paid versions of Jot Form right now. I love the form and I want to use it for the purpose of scheduling a very meaningful event, I just worry that we will not recieve every submission, especially as I have 2 forms. The interface for confirming emails is a little janky. Sometimes the font size or spacing is off, but it gets the job done. I now consistently have issues responding to potential clients with Yahoo email addresses though; they never receive the email responses through JotForm or they get lost in their spam folder.
