jotform is an out of the box solution to develop a tool to meet your basic business needs. I was spending 3 hours to walk, review and report conditions of managed properties. I was able to streamline the process by developing a tool to capture all the critical information and instanly be able to upload into a database. It does not bridge everything from end to end without some technical knowledge but it sure reduces the development time and keeps your from having to develop a large portion of the front end of an application. I feel the first 30 days the tool should give you 500 entries to allow for testing and integration to see if it can meet your needs but it ws easily overcome in my instance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Many incredible features, easy to use, easy to navigate, easy to track the flow of information, manage data and download what I need. There is no need to get any special training, help is available and 1 click away. The customer service is very easy to reach to get help if anything is wrong. I love the feature - of creating a new form by importing an existing PDF document. I really enjoying using Jotform. In the past and currently, I use it for things for my church, work, youth programs, and many more things. What I like most about it is how intuitive it is. JotForm is super-easy to learn - the buttons are apparent and straightforward. You can upload your forms and customize them for the information you need. You can make certain required items, so they must be completed before finalizing. Forms can be submitted from inside the document, and you get a copy in your inbox. You can add loads of excellent innovative features, such as auto-calculated fields, automated e-mails that can go straight away or on a calculated date, and approval flows where senior staff can approve a specific action. I use JotForm daily, making my working life easier and more effective. The free version is excellent, and you can upgrade to more powerful options.

Jotform is easy to use and reliable. As a non-tech user, I love that the platform is intuitive and makes creating a form super easy. With the drag and drop interface I was able to get implemented in no time creating super professional looking forms in minutes.

I also love that Jotform has so many integrations available. The one I use the most is its Paypal integration which makes collecting money through my forms easy as can be.

I should also mention that over the years I've dealt with customer support several times and they were always very professional and quick to get me a satisfactory anwser.

There's really not much that I dislike about Jotform. If I had to say something it's be that I wish the free plan offered a little bit more, but honestly if you try the free plan you're going to be upgrading to one of the paid plans anyway. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

JotForm's builder is really useful and has so many field options and vairables which gives you a lot of customisation ability. It's an intiuituve no-code system that you can build fairly complex systems and process with to meet common business needs and customise them to meet your specific requirements. The support team and community have also been helpful. As it has been around for some time now, you can usually find a post similiar to your challenge, but if not you can submit a request for help and they come back to you in good time. Still getting used to the database/tables side of it, as most data sits in Google Sheets for us, but it's great how JotForm has evolved overtime to match modern app expectations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Jotform in several of my evaluation projects to create electronic versions of forms that my clients are required to use by their grantor. It makes it a lot easier for my clients to complete the forms with their consumers and a lot easier for me to collect the data. I also appreciate how much more robust Jotform is and how many more feature are available. The only thing I dislike about Jotform is that there isn't a way to download numerical representations of form responses, the way you can with an electronic survey platform. I have to turn the responses into numbers for ease of analysis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Extremely user friendly, very easy to implement. Plan on using it weekly, and my team loves the ease of integration as well as the number of features.
