J'ai récemment utilisé Jotform pour mon entreprise afin de permettre à mes collaborateurs de créer facilement des bons de réparation pour notre service technique, et je dois dire que c'est tout simplement génial ! L'outil est incroyablement intuitif et facile à utiliser, même pour ceux qui ne sont pas des experts en technologie. L'interface est propre, moderne et très esthétique, ce qui rend l'expérience encore plus agréable. Il y a même un forfait gratuit qui vous laisse de trèas grande possibilités. De plus, la personnalisation des formulaires est un vrai plus, et cela nous a permis d'adapter la plateforme exactement à nos besoins. En bref, Jotform a simplifié notre gestion des bons de réparation de manière impressionnante. C’est un vrai gain de temps et un atout précieux pour l’organisation de notre entreprise. i love that the system is very easy to use, there are templates available. i'm someone who is not great with fiddley forms, and jotform has made it so easy for me to create client consultation forms. Once published the forms are easy to send to clients, and my clients have found the form easy to fill out and send back. i like as well that the form are adjusted to all screen sizes, i.e - desktop, tablet and phone, making it easy for clients to navigate. There isnt anything I dislike about jotform. I only wish it was a little cheaper, as a small business owner cost can rack up and the subsriptions are a litte steep for me at this point in time. With a large volunteer force selling ads for theater playbills, Jotform has changed our workflow dramatically. So easy to gather all our information into one place. Ad info, payment, all in one simple, easy to use form. No more paper forms and keeping track of multiple forms of payment. No more missed ads because someone didn't file the paperwork correctly. The only complaint is that the free version is just a little limited. If we could have a couple more forms and just a little more upload space, it would be perfect. A $5-$7 a month tier with just a modest upgrate over the free version would be ideal. We don't need all the bandwidth the $20/mo plan provides. The free version is 90% of wht we need! I love the programming aspect of the form. I can create almost any condition I need to make my form populate the way I need it to. I didn't even realize the amount of conditions I could include until weeks after creating my form. With a basic understanding of programming, I created any scenario I needed. It was actually fun figuring it out. That's how intuitive this form is. I love it.

The form is so simple to implement. Just publish! I like that all you do is click away from the field to activate it. Simple. If I had a website, I'm sure it's easy to integrate. I may try that feature later.

We're using this for registering our family reunion activities, so this form will get used often over the next few months.

I'd like to have an undo feature clearly visible while editing. I also didn't understand what the cloning feature did. It deleted my form! Thankfully I went to the trash and pulled it out or I would have lost hours of programming. There should be a pop up warning about this feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

JotForm is so user frinedly and incredly usefol for collecting information from customers. It really helped streamline our warranty application process. Highly recommend!

I cant seem to find where I can track the submitted forms per month. I'm not sure if there is one or if I'm blind but it would be nice to see how many submssions we get each month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Approvals (now Workflow) allows all forms that require pre-approval, to be sent for approval simultaneously without manual input.

Approval flows can be manually overridden or re-assigned by the company admin account.

All forms can be collectively added to an "app" so that they are easily accessed on a singular platform.

Personnel accessing the apps or forms do not require an account which lowers the cost to the business astronomically.

No coding experience necessary to set up approvals or develop forms as this process is pretty simple and tutorials are available if you are having trouble understanding the steps.

Users of the app must sign in every 8hours.

Many incredible features, easy to use, easy to navigate, easy to track the flow of information, manage data and download what I need. There is no need to get any special training, help is available and 1 click away. The customer service is very easy to reach to get help if anything is wrong. I love the feature - of creating a new form by importing an existing PDF document. JotForm is super-easy to learn - the buttons are apparent and straightforward. You can upload your forms and customize them for the information you need. You can make certain required items, so they must be completed before finalizing. Forms can be submitted from inside the document, and you get a copy in your inbox. You can add loads of excellent innovative features, such as auto-calculated fields, automated e-mails that can go straight away or on a calculated date, and approval flows where senior staff can approve a specific action. I use JotForm daily, making my working life easier and more effective. The free version is excellent, and you can upgrade to more powerful options.

Jotform is easy to use and reliable. As a non-tech user, I love that the platform is intuitive and makes creating a form super easy. With the drag and drop interface I was able to get implemented in no time creating super professional looking forms in minutes.

I also love that Jotform has so many integrations available. The one I use the most is its Paypal integration which makes collecting money through my forms easy as can be.

I should also mention that over the years I've dealt with customer support several times and they were always very professional and quick to get me a satisfactory anwser.

There's really not much that I dislike about Jotform. If I had to say something it's be that I wish the free plan offered a little bit more, but honestly if you try the free plan you're going to be upgrading to one of the paid plans anyway. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

JotForm's builder is really useful and has so many field options and vairables which gives you a lot of customisation ability. It's an intiuituve no-code system that you can build fairly complex systems and process with to meet common business needs and customise them to meet your specific requirements. The support team and community have also been helpful. As it has been around for some time now, you can usually find a post similiar to your challenge, but if not you can submit a request for help and they come back to you in good time.
