It is a simple platform to use, in general it is user-friendly for building forms, as well as for consulting reports. It has become a tool of daily use for my work. When support has been required, the response is very fast. It has good integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes they cannot solve problems, they require additional information to be sent even when screenshots have already been sent. The last time I needed it, I practically had to solve it myself, as the response they gave me did not help. I use Jotform for my job and it makes my job so much easier. I use Jotform almso every single day of my job. We used to use Google Forms but since I work at a college, many of the add-ons are blocked by our IT department. Many of the features that come with Jotform are not accessible to my team via Google Forms. I enjoy being able to change the form to fit the brand my program has chosen to represent us. The ability to create conditions and allow electronic signatures has been so helpful when creating RSVP forms for the population that I service. I enjoy the feature of being able to duplicate forms and easily open and close them when needed. After using Jotform, I do not believe I can ever go back to using any other form builder as I am extremely content with this product and what it has to offer. The truth is that this tool has greatly simplified the form preparation process for me. I have noticed that the responsive design does not always meet my expectations. I don't have many bad things to say about Jotform. I'm a huge advocate and have been deemed the "queen of Jotform" at my organization.

After struggling for years with other tools and homebrew applications, I finally found JotForm. JotForm finally allows me to create user-friendly forms, and gives my organization a lot of opportunities to perform surveys, registrations for events and much much more. Since the introduction of JotForm we have expanded the interaction with our audience and reduced a lot of manual operations. i love that the system is very easy to use, there are templates available. i'm someone who is not great with fiddley forms, and jotform has made it so easy for me to create client consultation forms. Once published the forms are easy to send to clients, and my clients have found the form easy to fill out and send back. i like as well that the form are adjusted to all screen sizes, i.e - desktop, tablet and phone, making it easy for clients to navigate. There isnt anything I dislike about jotform. I only wish it was a little cheaper, as a small business owner cost can rack up and the subsriptions are a litte steep for me at this point in time.
