What do you like best about Jotform?

Ease of use to build the forms. UI seems intuitive. We are able to get forms built relatively quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform?

Horrible support for enterpise. Buggy product. I would say that as a company that has an enterprise product, they don't particularly care about their customers. They have caused significant work to our team because a key feature of their product does not work and 25 days later we are still stuck with no resolution. It's one of the most frustrating things as a user where a feature works for a year and then stops working and now you are left holding the bag. We have tried escalating this to their "enterprise support team" but their response is that they will look into it. This is the kind of response that's run by companies who only care to get their contract signed but do not care about the customer experience. If you are using Jotform for a small business then I don't think this should be an issue. However, if you are looking to purchase the "Enterprise" add-on, please run for the hills. You will regret it. Things will work for a bit but the issue is that once you need scale the system breaks down. Forms are mission-critical in certain instances and I don't think Jotform particularly understands that's the case. Yes, we will get a response to this review saying that they care about their customer feedback but I can attest that it's just marketing speak. We have tried escalating this to their VP of Enterprise, and their CS team and none of them have taken any action. Not even a phone call to apologize.

So in summary, base product for small business, no issue. Enterprise product, do not buy. You will be left in a situation where we are. And now we have to spend hundreds of hours migrating to another platform so that we don't have to deal with this company again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Jotform:

My honest recommendation is that if you are looking for an enterprise level product, Jotform is not for you. For basic needs this should not be a problem. But there are much better systems out there that can support an enterprise grade forms solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jotform?

I use Jotform for my job and it makes my job so much easier. I use Jotform almso every single day of my job. We used to use Google Forms but since I work at a college, many of the add-ons are blocked by our IT department. Many of the features that come with Jotform are not accessible to my team via Google Forms. I enjoy being able to change the form to fit the brand my program has chosen to represent us. The ability to create conditions and allow electronic signatures has been so helpful when creating RSVP forms for the population that I service. I enjoy the feature of being able to duplicate forms and easily open and close them when needed. After using Jotform, I do not believe I can ever go back to using any other form builder as I am extremely content with this product and what it has to offer. What do you dislike about Jotform?

I do not believe there are many downsides to Jotform. It was a little confusing at first when I was creating a form and had to input a condition, but with a little bit of patience, I quickly became accustomed with the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Jotform makes it easy for me to connect with my student and receive feedback. We are required to collect data and evaluations from the population that we serve for our Annual Performance Reports and Jotform has helped immensely. What do you like best about Jotform?

Jotform not only streamlines the contact process from our web properties, but it is our absolute go-to for webinar registrations and customer surveys. The authoring experience is powerful, simple, and code-free.

We've used the product extensively for years, and when we need support in advanced form authoring scenarios, their support team gets a A+ from me. Support is prompt, knowledgeable, and polite. What do you like best about Jotform?

The truth is that this tool has greatly simplified the form preparation process for me. We wasted a lot of time because of the amount of time and effort it took to design something that looked professional, especially without having advanced knowledge of design or programming. But now, with just drag-and-drop components, I can create forms that are not only functional but also have a polished and attractive look. There are templates for just about everything I need: from contact and follow-up forms to event logs and surveys. This has been a lifesaver in situations where time is critical, and I can’t afford to waste hours. The customization is amazing: I can adjust colors, fonts, and designs to match my company’s image or the specific needs of each project. What do you dislike about Jotform?

I have noticed that the responsive design does not always meet my expectations. While forms look great on desktop, they sometimes don’t fit so well on mobile devices, which can be a problem if a large portion of my audience uses them from their phones. What do you like best about Jotform?

I have had so many people tell me about how easy it is to use my Jotform page to submit ideas for tattoos. For me, it's amazing because I can max out the number of submissions and I haven't felt overwhelmed since I started using the platform. It's super easy to link to my profile and to my email form every month when books open. What do you like best about Jotform?

The thing I like most about Jotform is how intuitive it is. The ability to create conditionals for the forms has been so helpful. The widgets are also very useful. I recently integrated the workflow process and it has saved me so much time.

The integration of the form results into Google has been so user friendly and helpful for our organization.

I frequently use the "help desk" and the response time is always less than a day.

I don't have many bad things to say about Jotform. I'm a huge advocate and have been deemed the "queen of Jotform" at my organization.

The only thing that I've had an issue with is the workflow updates. If we make a change to the form that's connected to a work flow, that change does not automatically update the corresponding emails. I have to manually go in and do it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Jotform has made "working smarter, not harder" a reality. It has streamlined so many of our organization's procedures.

What do you like best about Jotform?

After struggling for years with other tools and homebrew applications, I finally found JotForm. JotForm finally allows me to create user-friendly forms, and gives my organization a lot of opportunities to perform surveys, registrations for events and much much more. Since the introduction of JotForm we have expanded the interaction with our audience and reduced a lot of manual operations. Forms are easily created and modified, data is easily available and can be exported to other applications. Instant data checks are possible. What do you like best about Jotform?

What do you like best about Jotform?

i love that the system is very easy to use, there are templates available. i'm someone who is not great with fiddley forms, and jotform has made it so easy for me to create client consultation forms. Once published the forms are easy to send to clients, and my clients have found the form easy to fill out and send back. i like as well that the form are adjusted to all screen sizes, i.e - desktop, tablet and phone, making it easy for clients to navigate. What do you dislike about Jotform?

There isnt anything I dislike about jotform. I only wish it was a little cheaper, as a small business owner cost can rack up and the subsriptions are a litte steep for me at this point in time. Just as it has many functionalities, sometimes it becomes complex to understand them, figuring out where to configure each thing can be a bit unintuitive, just like the configuration of integrations that often are not understood (it may be that I don't understand them because they are not for me and my use).
