The best thing I like about Jotform is the tremendous amount of flexibility, and integration with virtually all other productivity software. It is easy for a non-technical person as well as have the robustness for a technically minded person. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What is great about jotform is that it allows for logic with multiple endings based on what is selected. It even allows one to make the ending go to their own page, which I will be using utilizing vaerious selections that will go in the URL that will play to the end result. It allows you to build a PDF in which only the answers selected show, which is what I've been looking for, and I can even have the site link to the PDF result using a submission ID. 100% the best so far. It is by far the easiest to use as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is not a whole lot, but I'd like to see some features added. For example, it would be greate if the thank you page can show results of only those that were selected for for a large question set when the combinatations are too large to make different end pages for each. This being said, even this there are work arounds such as linking to a PDF that only shows answers selected and emailing out only answers selected. A seperate variable option would be nice rather than having to add all variables into the question area and then hiding them, but that is minor considering you can do it that way. Jotform Review: Easy to Use, But Submission Limits Can Be Frustrating
Jotform is a popular online form builder that offers a wide range of features, from simple contact forms to complex surveys and payment integrations. I've been using Jotform for about two weeks now, primarily for collecting RSVPs for an event. While the platform has some definite strengths, particularly its ease of use, there are also some significant drawbacks related to submission limits that potential users should be aware of.
Ease of Use: A Definite Plus
One of the biggest advantages of Jotform is how incredibly user-friendly it is. Even with limited experience in form building, I was able to quickly create and customize forms thanks to the intuitive drag-and-drop interface. The pre-built templates are also a huge time-saver, providing a solid foundation that you can easily adapt to your specific needs. For basic form creation, Jotform excels. Submission Limits: A Major Concern
However, my experience with Jotform hasn't been entirely positive. The free plan comes with a limited number of submissions, which is understandable. What's frustrating, though, is that testing your forms counts towards these submission totals. This makes it difficult to thoroughly test your forms without quickly depleting your quota. This is a major issue, as proper testing is crucial for ensuring your forms work correctly.
No Way to Increase Submissions (on Free Plan)
Another related problem is the apparent lack of any way to increase the submission limit on the free plan. While upgrading to a paid plan is an option, there doesn't seem to be a way to earn or otherwise acquire additional submissions on the free tier, which can be limiting for users with occasional needs.
Submission Count Doesn't Reset Upon Upgrade
Perhaps the most concerning issue I encountered is that when I upgraded to a paid plan, my submission count from the free plan did not reset. This meant that I was already starting at a disadvantage, having used up some of my paid quota with testing on the free plan. This seems counterintuitive and potentially wasteful. It would be much better if the submission count reset upon upgrading, allowing users to start fresh with their paid quota. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I appreciate most about Jotform Workflows is its intuitive interface, which makes creating and managing workflows straightforward. The setup process is quick and efficient, enabling seamless automation of processes without requiring technical expertise. Additionally, its integration capabilities with various applications significantly enhance productivity by ensuring smooth data flow between tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One aspect I dislike about JotForm Workflows is the lack of built-in tools for analyzing outstanding and archived requests. Currently, I have to export data to Excel to manually analyze request types, which can be time-consuming. Having a feature that provides detailed reporting and analytics directly within the platform would greatly enhance its functionality and user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is extremely easy to navigate. I think the easiest thing is how simple it has been to incorporate this for our teams. We actually use it for performance evaluations, which has been a real game changer! We've also enjoyed that many of our staff can easily do this and give them more time to do other work. YAY! I can't think of anything. I think the hardest thing is training our staff. Are there scribes to showhow to do everything Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

How easy it is to create and manage your forms and workflows. I have used similar-use programs in the past and have learned more coding than I care to know. Jotform is straight-forward. It takes no time at all to create the form or workflow if you know what you want, then it links seamlessly into our website for same-day use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Getting started was rough for me. I paid for the subscription right away but my card was conually rejected. It ended up being on Jotform's end, even thought I was told repeatedly by customer service that it was the bank. I couldn't speak to a person and instead had to go back and forth on a forum-like platform. It was beyond frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Girlguiding Cymru values Jotform Workflows for its efficiency and ease of use in streamlining our organisation's processes. By automating participant sign-ups and DofE form completion, we've significantly reduced manual labor and paperwork. Jotform Workflows' intuitive interface and customisable templates allow us to tailor our forms to specific needs, ensuring a smooth and user-friendly experience for our members. We mainly use them for DofE and International trip sign ups.
The customer support was excellent as we followed youtube tutorials provided by jotform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The process was a little tricky to use at first but once we became competent at it, we have used it for several essential time saving projects. It is easily intergrated also. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love Jotform as a whole. I have been using their services for years and have been happy with the service since day one. Workflows takes the already easy to use service and streamlines every part of your process. I use Workflows for almost every form that comes in to ensure that every step of our process is completed correctly and on time. I am a big fan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UI could use some work as it took me a little while to figure out how everything goes together. I was able to learn what I needed to do through trial an error, but I think they could do a little better on this front. I'm sure they have training videos that are super helpful. The thing that I like most about Jotform is the ability to create a form and get a custom link to share anywhere. Other form programs send the notification from an email that is commonly filtered to the junk email folder. With Jotform, I can send an employee a clickable link from myself to their email and it is easy for them to complete. This leads to increased participation. I also like the added features of Jotform such as Sign, Workflows, etc. I have just created my first Workflow and it is awesome! Creating and implementing forms into our process is so easy - we find ourselves with custom forms that we use and depend on daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When I created my first workflow, I felt lost and it took some experimenting and playing around. It would be really cool to see some tutorial videos to help with those more complicated creations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use Jotform to supply our clients with a quick and easy online form where they can request new users be created or deleted on their network. The software is straightforward to use and creating forms is very easy. Highly recommend this software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing to speak of. Everything we use it for works perfectly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about Jotform Workflows is its ease of implementation and flexibility. Once you create your forms, they’re simple to modify and very user-friendly for both clients and staff. You can even copy links from existing forms to quickly create new ones, saving time and effort. I’ve found it incredibly useful for my recruitment process, as it allows linking forms and automating document delivery once forms are completed.
The integrations are great, and the conditional logic ensures staff only see questions relevant to their responses. I use Jotform almost daily to update existing forms or add new integrations, making the forms easier to navigate and more effective. The customer support is also impressive—I had a query, and they guided me quickly and efficiently. It’s a reliable tool that has become an essential part of my workflows. Honestly, there’s nothing I dislike about Jotform Workflows. The pricing is reasonable for the value it provides. While it may take some time to fully understand all the functions and integrations, especially if you don’t have a tech background like me, it’s not a steep learning curve. It only took me a couple of hours to learn the basics and get my forms live, which was quite manageable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
