Being a person who deals with multiple projects, I have found Jotform Sign very useful for gathering signatures on the move. The mobile app is highly convenient, allowing me to create documents directly from my phone. This characteristic makes the form construction process easier and enables me to obtain the data effectively without having to have a desktop computer at my disposal. Nevertheless, I do believe that the template library could be more diversified. Somehow, when generating documents, it gets kind of annoying to begin from nothing since there is not much diversity in the templates provided by Jotform Sign and that can be time-consuming. Setting up a document for signature takes minutes and once you have a form in place it is easy to reuse, see what the signature status and you have the signed documents stored centrally and attached to email updates for those who want to receive their own copies. This has all the basic (and some advanced) features that you would expect and need from such a platform and I don't think we even scratched the surface of its potential. I don't like that we have to upgrade to an enterprise plan to add more users. I think there should be a another plan in between. As a primary school, we are always looking for ways to be quick, efficient and environmentally friendly. Jotforms allows us to not only go paperless, but gives all parents and stakeholders an easier way to apply for clubs and classes online. We have this form link on our school app and once the forms are submitted, they are sent directly to the club email so that teachers know who will attend on what days, allowing them to manage their schedule. It's really easy to use and I've even reccommended it to a friend of mine starting up her own fitness classes. I struggled getting the Jotform formatted onto our school website. Our website is pre-designed by a website subscription service called "Primary Site" and for some reason, the two don't marry.In addition to this, there are times as well that when attaching a PDF, I'm experiencing some trouble loading our policy document, so stakeholders are reluctant to sign without reading and therefore do not book. We process a lot of orders daily, so we use it internally to have the sales representatives fill it out for commissions and anything we might need for the installation of the equipment we sell, and what devices we need to buy internally for the customer such as tablets, or phone cases. I dislike the customer service. No one was rude or anything but I had a very specific question about a feature and I was just given cut-and-paste answers making it seem like I was talking to AI or something. My question did not get answered so I tried to explain it to them but then I was just given a different rep with the same cut-and-paste answer.
