I really need a ATS that can provide us a better data analytcs. Nowdays i have to do a lot of thinks by myself in excels and sheets for exemple for tracking the recruiters work, performance, SLA, Funel, etc... I think that this part would be very helpfull Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As the ATS is customized and not a plug-and-play it's hard to know what you really are buying. As always there are things we find along the way that are not yet in place, but when we do Jobylon is always there for us! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

That it is so easy to navigate between all the different places, that everything is stored even if several people are working on the recruitment, and that it is possible to link to others so they receive a notification when something has changed/happened in the portal. Almost nothing. Whenever we encounter any issues, the support is quick to help and suggest solutions / a way to work around the problem.

One thing I would wish for is a "Show Rejection not communicated" filter but for the "On hold" status. It would make it easier to follow up on which candidates have not yet been informed about this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
